Went in with my one year old son today and was so appalled by the way they talked to me . Never going there again even though my bike and accessories are from there. So rude , so disrespectful. Another costumer even walked out with me mentioning how he doesn’t know how they will continue to stay in business with how some of the employees talk to their customers . Both of us are taking our business elsewhere from now on.

If i could rate lower i would. The salespeople behind the desk are condescending, arrogant and have no concept with customer service. Their loss. Two of us walked out. We will go back to Trek in Burlington to purchase 2 bikes. Its worth the drive.

I asked for a full service. Paid 148 ish dollars for this. Didnt rush them either. Said that I wouldn't be able to pick it up the bike until the following weekend. They put a deep scuff in my paint as seen on the picture. Which I'm like ok, it's a mountain bike it's not going to stay pretty forever. Not ideal, but I can live with that. However, they cleaned my rims. Just the rims. Didn't touch my chain though. Didn't clean it one bit. I understand I can do this on my own, but what did I pay $150 for?

Extremely patient with all my questions and helped me pick the right bike and was very helpful overall. Made sure I left the shop knowing I had exactly what I needed. Will shop here again.

I thought when I purchased an expensive bike, there would be support to follow. Guess I was wrong. I recently took my 7 month old bike in for its first tune up, and a new seat. I was told it would be 48 hours to be completed. They called the same day. I picked the bike up, and to my disappointment, the only job that was done was a seat swap. That could have done while I waited the day I brought it in. No lube was applied, my reflectors were still loose, the brakes were not adjusted. I will have to search out a respectable shop going forward. This is unacceptable service. When you spend a good chunk of cash on something new, you expect a certain amount of committed service. Lesson learned on my end. Good day.

This is the worst bike shop I have ever been to. They claim to do “adjustments” and won’t actual fix what is wrong with your bike. The employees are arrogant, inconsiderate, and don’t actually fix anything. DO NOT go here. They will simply take your money and not help if you have a bike issue. This place should be shut down as it is a complete scam for bike maintenance. If you go in for a seemingly simple issue they will do a whole bunch of other things that you don’t ask for without actually doing what is necessary and then will charge you over $100 for the “maintenance.” If you realize afterwards that there is an issue they will charge you again for a problem they likely caused.I spoke with another bike mechanic from a different city and he told me straight up to find someone other than these guys. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Recently bought a beautiful Trek bike here in the Fall of 2021. I seen availability on the specific bike pop up on their website, waited a day and purchased it, then made the drive to London a few days later to pick it up.Upon pickup, they sold me on a kickstand which was a handy addition, and let me know about bringing it in for any adjustments and what not which is super convenient for someone like myself that doesn't know how to adjust anything on a bike. The service thus far has been great, will drop it off in the spring for some adjustments as they recommended. So far the bike is very nice and it's my first quality bike I've ever owned. Can't wait to rip around on it this summer.5/5.

Wanted to get fenders for my bike. Called in and they said bring the bike in. I got it in and once establishing the size of the fenders and on the shelf, with the sales associate, I asked if there should be any issues of putting them on. The man in the service walked by and said they'll not fit because there is not enough space between the inside of the front fork and the tire. I stuck my finger in between the tire and the fork and there is clearly about 3/8 space. More than enough space. On his next pass of walking by I said that to me it looks that there is enough space since the fenders are very thin. At that point he said that it would not fit and the front of the front fender would hit the wheel. I asked why would it if the size is right. But he didn't have the time for me and kept going.Meanwhile talking to the sales associate
