Much enjoyed my first visit at Richmond Hill Smiles! The dental hygienist was so kind and so knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.Though I’m new to the office, I immediately felt part of a family :)! The manager, Lillian I believe her name is, is so kind and wonderful.Would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been to several dentists over the years (more years than I care to admit to). Dr Jessa is so kind, gentle and understanding- she and her amazing staff have managed to alleviate my anxiety. The best dental office i have been to. The staff are very kind and welcoming. I appreciate the email, text and phone call reminders. The hygenists are always patient and focused on how they can improve the health and look of my teeth. Dr. Jessa is very friendly, knowledgeable and always thorough in her assessments.

When all of us go the dentist, we see, on the walls, before and after pictures of people's teeth coupled with a tacky phrase. In the before part, the person's teeth look destroyed and seemingly unreparable, while in the after part that person's teeth is nothing short of perfect. Best Dentist I have Ever HadDr. Jessa is an excellent dentist!!! Very thorough and caring. She took time to explain every procedure she was doing. I am usually apprehensive about seeing a dentist however, Dr. Jessa and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Jessa is a great doctor, who listen and takes care of her patients with great attention. Love her!
