Staff at this location are excellent and understands their product, not to mention the personal attention you get from Cara Leah (Mgr) and Darlene. It has been a pleasure dealing with such caring individuals.

PLEASE READ before you spend money in this store as my experience was very disappointing. In December I spent $683.00 at this location on bedding. I paid $350.00 for Pima Cotton 500 tc King size sheet set. The side edges where the sheets were sewn kept rolling up and there was no amount of ironing that would stop this. I phoned the store about this defect and was told they would get back to me. After several weeks of not hearing anything back I called again and was told to bring the sheets in. So, I drove all the way back (45 minute drive one way) and was told that the best they could do was offer me a 30% refund. I had no choice but to accept this as they would not accept the sheets back and refund my money. The clerk kept telling me that Pima cotton sheets always do this and that she herself has sheets that roll up along the sewn edges too. Yet I have never seen this before in my entire life or even heard of it happening. Twice I placed reviews on Daniadown’s website about these particular sheets and both times they deleted my reviews. Clearly there is a problem with the way these sheets are manufactured. Any other store would have offered a full refund to the customer, but Daniadown refused. They don’t appear to guarantee their products at all like other stores do. I then went and bought 500 tc Pima cotton sheets from a completely different store and these sheets DO NOT roll up along the sides where stitched. Not to mention that this stored sells 500 tc Pima cotton sheets at a much lower price. After years of being a Daniadown customer, I am now done with this store and will never give them my business again. They do not stand behind the products they sell and you would think that when someone spends $350.00 on sheets they would stand behind their product as any other store would have done.

Went to Daniadown to look at new pillows. Extremely helpful, attentive and friendly staff. Will visit again for sure!

I waited by the quilts for 10minutes while the two ladies at the front counter stood chatting with each other. A third lady restocked the shelves. I browsed around the store and finally left without the quilt I had planned on purchasing when no one acknowledged me at all. There was a complete lack of customer service there. This also happened the last time I was in the store. It’s too bad because I prefer to support the stores in my community but service here is so poor I have no choice but to buy somewhere else.

The best customer service that I've received in retail in a long time. Both of the women working were incredibly helpful while I processed an exchange. They made it as effortless for me as possible and I truly appreciated how kind they both were. Thanks again!

Great service, walked me through what i was looking for and offered multiple options with different price points. Bought sheets, duvet & cover, and a pillow. My cat (who claimed the new bedding) and i love it.

I went to the White Rock Store and I believe (by the card she gave me) it was Cara that helped me. I wanted some sheets that were on sale but hard to find top , bottom, and pillowcases in all the same color. She went on the computer and then called the Richmond Store and they had exactly what I wanted. This kind lady went out of her way for me even though the sale would go to the Richmond Store. I am so grateful I met her and wish every shopping experience was as wonderful as this one. Thank you for hiring such fabulous ladies. It was such a pleasure and I will definitely keep going back there......Thank you Cara....
