I needed a balloon, not for a party, but to float down a conduit to help place a fibre optic cable. The lady that helped me was very cheerful, polite and knowledgeble and helped me select the right one. It made the journey and we got the job done! Many thanks!

Great service and everything was exactly as described. Conveniently located & Sindy was kind enough to bag everything so we could walk back to where we were staying. We even took them on public transit and it was much easier.

the woman on the phone was helpful. When I drove there, she remembered our conversation and was helpful in answering my questions.We used Balloon Shop for our corporate function and it was the best decision we made. The are so good in what they do. We have used others in the past, but from now on we will be using Balloon Shop for all functions.

Great shop, great service!I went by today with a small order (3 balloons!) and the woman was extremely personable & helpful. She suggested colours, and inflated them so I could determine what they actually look like. I was impressed, and would absolutely recommend!

Exactly as ordered. Very large numbers, almost 3 feet tall. The lady was very helpful. I ordered from a different city for a birthday delivery. Highly recommend.

The lady working at the store had a consistently rude attitude, she even rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if she could tie the balloons strong enough because they would be outside. I found her behavior to be highly unprofessional and off-putting. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of variety in balloons available at the store. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
