I got in touch with Rick for delivering my Dodge Ram truck from Montreal to Delta,BC. It was a door to door service. Rick provided us excellent customer service. We have used other companies before and the experience wasn’t great but for All Cargo, I have only good things to say. He kept us informed and we never had to follow up for anything. 5 star for customer service.

I was dealing with L regarding potential shipment overseas of household goods. In the first call she was very pleasant but as we continued, and I had questions, she sounded more impatient and unfriendly. We were lucky to find an industry accredited shipper with better pricing, service and warehouse standards plus simply awesome customer service elsewhere.AllCargo were more expensive in comparison, with less service, and even said they wouldn't explain price differences after they took our goods so I was fortunate to find the other much better shipping company.

Recently AllCargo has helped me to ship a car from Canada to Europe, The staff has been extremely supportive with the entire transfer process keeping me informed along the way. Great service highly recommend. Thank you Rick and Marie.

My experience with this company had been disappointing and hurtful. I was shipping about 30 boxes from Canada to Israel. I believe the truck driver who came to pick up my boxes tricked me in counting my boxes wrong because some of my stuff never arrived in Israel.. I had to pay an extra 1000 dollars forPort fees in Israel after I paid In Canada what I was told was an all included final price ... Although the person over the phone was very friendly this company is far from being a descent Canadian company.. Be very carful this industry is full of snakes and schemes ..

Alberto and his people at this company are highly professional individuals. At every step they very very attentive and responded immediately to all our questions ..specially since this was the first time we were moving countries we didn't know what we were doing but these guys made us feel very comfortable and a kept us informed at all times. All our cargo including some delicate items like my computer arrived in France in perfect condition and quickly. We shipped our things fromVancouver and the guys were there to pick up our things on time.Highly recommend them for international moves.Thanks Alberto.

I have contracted All Cargo Express twice when departing from Canada for Asia in 2016 and returning in 2020. International ocean freight logistics can be a complicated affair, and I've been pleased with the service provided by Laura & Alberto during both long-distance moves. They communicated regularly with me, keeping me up-to-date on the shipment statues and resolving any concerns I had. Laura had all of the paperwork dialed in for my return to Canada, making the Canada Customs clearancing process a breeze. On both trips, my goods arrived without any damage whatsoever, which is impressive given the distance and number of handling parties involved in an international relocation.If I were to move abroad again in the future, I would certainly entrust Alberto & Laura with the logistics. They have been a pleasure to work with.
