A blonde girl sat behind the counter on a stool on her phone texting while customers wandered the store, she didn't acknowledge anyone or say hi or asked if they needed help. I was looking for something specific but felt a little uncomfortable asking and interrupting her. I've also noticed that Claire's have gotten very expensive considering the quality is extremely poor.

Today—Feb 18th, 2:30pm I walked around the store for 15 minutes looking for quite a few things for my niece and myself with money in my pocket and wasnt even acknowledged once by staff. I was the only customer in the store the whole time and I couldnt even get any eye contact let alone a friendly hello or offer of assistance. I easily could have robbed the store blind. Went elsewhere and spent over $200.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful while the kids explored the store. We managed to find a couple of treasures in the discount bin on this visit but we shall absolutely return.

I buy something and they said that if I choose 6 things they would give one of those 6, 3 will be free, but it wasn't true, I pay for everything. :/

We had the best experience a few days ago.. brought my daughter in to have her ears pierced, and the service was beyond expectation!! We were treated so good and Renee and Sophia made this otherwise scary experience into a fun positive one! I highly recommend coming here and huge thanks to you girls ❤
