I would give zero star if that’s possible, this TD branch genuinely doesn’t care their customer!!!!! For the exact same request, the other branch are happy to help with no problem. But this one just been lazy and not willing to do it.

Got to say always had great experiences to visit TD branches, the employees were friendly, knowledgeable, Happy to help, best customer service as always...... WELL, until I went to this branch couple days ago !!!!!!!, the teller could be new so no experience which is ok, everyone get the first day, but so called the branch manager"

When we can do the same transaction from other branches very smoothly without any issues. However, when we came to this branch, the manager Iris reject doing the same transaction. She only told us to go to the other branches with an aggerate attitude. She doesn't care or treat customer as a value, which is not a good reputation as TD employees.

Very bad customer experience. Even 1 star is not worthy.I've been working in customer service field myself for past 20 years and this Branch manager was the worst experience I've ever dealth with.I thought bank is suppose to be a place where you can confirm financial questions that you might have. However this manager was telling me that it's illegal" for him to tell me the answer to my question. (Which I can even google search and got the answer for

Worse experience ever both from a branch and easy line perspective, went to the branch to get a new debit card as the previous one was a cash card as per easy line , ended up getting a new card but it still cannot be used for mobile or ATM deposits, have to go to another branch to sort this out. If I can give a zero star I will

Customer service at counter can be slow, even on weekdays. Waiting for an in-person banker or CSR is generally impossible; you have to make an appointment for the most basic interaction, and then it may get moved by TD without notice. When I attempted to close my account, I was given incorrect advice that made it very complicated and very time consuming over several months. Only positive comment: compared to Scot** Bank on the other side of the Markham Square parking lot, TD was a model of efficiency and customer service.

Very bad service, they reject to withdraw the cash with our cheque, they said you can go ATM machine get the cash, the manager name is Iris, she is bad. Many people complain her.

Awful staff, they are really unhelpful.And all there are Chinese and just help Chinese. They speak mandarin together and do what desired. In my reckon government should be more think about Markham and these issues.
