Horrible service. Wanted to return items so manager named Judy was called over. Immediately started off confrontational and combative. She constantly cut my mother off and spoke over her. My mother spoke politely from the start so there was no need to be rude. I don’t know if it’s because of the fact we’re not white and my mom has an accent but she came into that conversation with presumptions and an attitude.They have products but honestly I would go somewhere else to buy your stuff. Customer service was appalling.

I love the Store and the products but I hate the staff . They are not people friendly. There was only one nice girl there when I went . She had jet black hair and had a pony tail. The other 2 elder women were absolutely horrible and rude .

This location has the best employees, Execpt the new store manger she should not be working in a retail environment. The reason I give three stars is location is always out of stock of the new flyer items/promotional products. The store managers response is “ these are pre booked items” what does that mean if you don’t work in retail you wouldn’t know. As being the store manger you can pre book items in adavance for the upcoming flyer, don’t undedstand this issues.When I go buy my regular stocked shampoo & condition it is never in stock when on sale but when the sale is over its magical back in stock.I love the girls who work at this location but this forces me to go another location.

Came by a few months ago to pick up some hair products that were on sale. They were out of stock at the time so the manager placed an order for them and told me to come pick them up once they restock and she’ll honour the sale price. After months of not hearing anything they told me the products were ready to be picked up. So, I went to go pick them up and they couldn’t honour the sale price for some reason and told me i’d have to speak with the manager. I came by again that week to see the manager and she said it’s been too long since the sale to honour the sale price. The manager was very rude to me when I explained that it’s only been this long because they had to order the products.Complete waste of time. It’s not my fault it took them months to restock the products I ordered. I only wanted to buy it because it was on sale lol. Terrible management at this location. Very disorganized.

This is a professional store only, I have been a member for years. All staff have been wonderful trying to keep their stocks full. Ideally for hairdressers.

If I could give no stars to this one lady I would. I do not know about any of the other staff members but this one in particular was HORRIBLE. She was a short lady in her late 40’s probably?, with one of the worst costumer service manners I’ve ever experienced, ever. From the moment I walked in asking about a colour, she started to raise her voice and become angry with me about how “that’s not a colour that this brand has ever made”, rather then just being polite and educating me on that. As I’m sure you can imagine it just got worse from there, as I looked at other colour she stood there with a swatch book (the one she grabbed previously to further get enraged at me because I wasn’t aware that colour I was asking about never existed, as if raising her voice wasn’t enough) and when I asked if she could show me one of the swatches of a different colour she closed the book and told me to look for the swatch in front of the box … there was lots more disrespect in the short span of time I was there but I’m sure that should paint a picture of the type of lady I was dealing with.My first and last experience at this cosmo prof because I didn’t go to buy hair colour to get disrespected by someone who clearly hates their job. (Left without purchasing anything)

Staff are so friendly and helpful, the place is very well stocked, I usually shop there for my Salon, never have a complaint, Products are well displayed and organized. With that being said, the prices are a bit high compered by the competitors.

The only good thing: prices and the staff member Bianca. Old and new manager were great, but still not fully satisfied with this location.... Too much hassles for exchanges and returns transactions....

A rep from cosmoProf came to my daughter's cosmetology class and gave them a pamphlet and encourage them to go there as they are only open to professionals and students in the profession. I made the drive to this location in mississauga with my daughter and the lady at the door said, no sorry, no students. I explained to her the circumstances and she said come back tomorrow when the manager is in. So you can understand my frustration. It appears this business is run by a bunch of clowns all doing their own thing.

Always well stocked staff is friendly and knowledgeable however, it would be great to see products that cater to a diverse clientele. The current product selection is still very one sided.
