Excellent product, excellent service, excellent price ... would highly recommend. The entire team at Royalty from the sales team to the installation team was very professional and helpful with any inquiries I had. These windows were installed in Aug. 2022 and I have seen a huge improvement with my energy bill and overall comfort in the colder months. Love the results.

Very professional nice clean up after work nice finishing touch cannot ask for a better job only problem is the waiting it took 5 months after ordering so my advice is to order them in advance but very pleased

in April we ordered windows and patio door that comes with the special door handle for the patio and it came with the regular we tried contacting and emailing many times and they still ignored me without any answers. And when they installed the patio door they dented it I went to see mr Tony in st Laurent and he said there will be a technician that will come after 2 weeks to fix it. When the technicien came he only adjusted the windows and said that was all his task to do and said somebody else will come fix it next week. it has been 3 weeks and still no response. this has to be the worst costumer experience out there no doubt. I won't stop until mr Tony resolves this

We had our front door and patio door changed by Royalty. The prices were competitive and the product is of good quality. They only get 2 stars because the instalation and after sale service was terrible. The instalation didn't go well, the front door was extremely tight and they forced it in with difficulty. That door is still not closing well and not much help from the service. They cut the alarm wires and buried them in the wall without informing me. They were not very careful when they applied the expanding foam to seal the doors, it stained my pavé, it was on the brick, in the inside wall, etc. Not a clean instal.They did send someone to clean my pavé, and the guy did his best, but it did not completely come out.

Stay away. They are a joke and scam artists. The owner and his assistant cannot stand behind their warranty and fix poor service and workmanship. I ordered a door with 3 barotins. It came with 2 at delivery. Then the top window’s molding was damaged by the workers. The factory interior molding was improperly installed. An to top everything the caulking was botched. This was in Feb 2020. 5 months ago they send their worker who only has 3 barotins for the outside and was not aware of the rest if the work. I am still waiting and they are as usual ignoring emails and calls. Tony i hope you read this well. I will keep coming after you till you fix this.

Very good experience with the installation of new windows and patio door at my house! The 3-people crew was very professional and polite, answering any questions. Work was done with attention to details - all 14 frames. They were all careful with the surroundings and protected the floor, furniture, equipment, etc. against dust. They even had to cut the tile around the bathroom window to make space for the new frame - they were prepared for it. At the end all was cleaned up, packed, and taken away. All work was finished within 8 hours. Excellent job!

Hi I asked if this was your best price. You told me when I mentioned that no one called me you said your sales people were busy, and for one door it wasn’t worth the time and the amount of money your making on the job the rep wasn’t going to come for that after all that you had to pay them. I did speak to my fiancé in front of you and she wanted the door but after you explaining to me that we don’t deal with one door and that’s why you weren’t called back, is what made me leave.Anyways all business should be welcomed.I didn’t care for the 20% it’s more what attracted me to not buy is that when I told you no sales person called me you told me that they are busy.Wouldn’t recommendI

TERRIBLE SERVICE and QUALITY! A ZERO star would be even too generous! I am real estate investor with a PhD from Yale University. As passion, I buy houses in need of love and bring them back to beauty. I like to explore the quality and service of different company for my projects. By far, Royalty is the WORST window company I have ever experienced! From the saleman I dealt with, to the delivery and quality of the products, costumer service, Royalty is appeared to be a real nightmare. Mr. Philippe Khoudi, the sale representative I was unfortunate to deal with, is very incompetent, unprofessional and extremely rude. He made a wrong order and he did not want to take any responsabilities.At the day of the delivery (big large windows and a 6 feet patio door) only the driver, a very fragile looking man, showed up even if I paid for 2 of their employers (apparently this happens often with Royalty). I was furious, I was still charged still for two people and I needed to call their office to claim for a deduction. One window was delivered scratched. I told Mr. Khoudi right the way, sent him photos but he did not care. The windows came without brackets, when I asked to provide them to install the windows, I was told by Mr Khoudi they do not provide anything else. I had to buy the brackets from another window company. I have tried to contact the owner, but Mme Lavertue, the administrative directrice" of the company

Professionalism from sales to installation.During my previous renovations I’ve always had issues and was worried about my choice and was never to take the lowest estimation. After speaking with the Sales and Service and reassuring me I took a chance with Groupe Royalty and after yesterday I can confirm my trust is back in the renovation world.The installation team was AMAZING, clean and professional.I would recommend them 100% if the time and for the quality of the windows they look solid but I’m not an expert but when a competitor tells you to choose Groupe Royalty other than theirs, this can tell you what product they have.
