We couldn’t be happier with the service we received at Vi’s. We had a lot questions and Vi and Frank were super helpful, offering lots of great suggestions. Frank’s craftsmanship is incredible. Very talented, transforming 4 pieces of our furniture. Would definitely return!!

Just had my kitchen chairs recovered. They did a absolutely beautiful job. Fast, friendly and the chairs look like new. Highly recommended!

What a horrible experience with Vi!Had our couches done and when dropping them off frank didn't want the cushions as he was going to make his own.After waiting several weeks after being told it would only be a couple of days to a week to be finished they finally called to have us pick them up. The cushions that we made were packed so tightly they had no give and were rock hard, on top of that because they were packed too tightly the seams of the cushions were starting to pull and we hadn't even sat on it for a day.Found out that the cushions weren't made to fit properly and to finish the look off they were over packed. Vi had zero customer service, told us that they were perfect and if we didn't like anything we would have to pay to have it fixed. But I feel they fouled up and put the blame on us somehow. I suggest never to go to these guys. Looks like they're getting ready for retirement and just don't put the quality product out like they once did.Went to chatue upholstery on Saskatchewan Ave they took care of our couches and helped fix all the problems we had that Vi refused to do!
