The Montréal Botanical Garden is a must-visit destination, offering a delightful experience for all ages. One of the highlights for kids is the hands-on activity of making pizza using wood chips. It's a unique and fun way for children to learn about food and engage in a creative culinary adventure. The garden also boasts a remarkable collection of herbs, showcasing their aromatic scents and medicinal properties. It's a wonderful opportunity for both children and adults to explore the world of herbs and discover their diverse uses.Another enchanting feature of the Montréal Botanical Garden is its vast array of rose flowers. With their vibrant colors and captivating fragrances, the garden showcases a stunning variety of rose species. It's a feast for the senses and a perfect place for flower enthusiasts to indulge in the beauty of nature

Beautiful gardens, you could spend the entire day here. Lots of different gardens and places to walk. Loved the greenhouses as well. The only thing I wish is that there were more directional arrows, I feel it is easy to miss a spot but other than that, a great place I will be sure to visit again.

Wow! Just blown away by this botanical garden. It's massive with a lot of of different gardens like Chinese, Japanese, Rose, Shade, Medicinal ... too many to list. And they have a massive Arboretum. Entrance fee is justified given how big and nice the gardens. Our favorite was the Chinese garden. We easily spent 2.5 hours and maybe covered half the property. They have benches scattered around the property where you can sit and relax and enjoy the beauty of the gardens.

This place is amazing! It is A LOT bigger than we thought so be ready to walk and spend at least 2+ hrs there. Well worth it! The rose garden was beautiful, the Chinese garden was unbelievable, the First Nations garden was well done and the Japanese garden was also great! That's all we were able to fit in.

A Captivating Botanical Garden Experience!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited the Montréal botanical garden that left me in awe. From the moment I entered, I was captivated by the sheer beauty and tranquility that surrounded me.The garden is a sprawling oasis of lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and diverse plant species. Each step revealed a new surprise, with meticulously curated displays showcasing the wonders of nature. The attention to detail in the arrangement of the plants and landscaping is outstanding. The garden's amenities were excellent. Clean pathways made strolling through the garden a breeze, and there were plenty of benches and shaded areas to rest and admire the surroundings. The visitor center housed an extensive library and gift shop, offering a wide range of books, souvenirs, and plants to take home. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were always ready to answer questions and ensure that every visitor had a memorable experience. In conclusion, this botanical garden surpassed all my expectations. It is a haven of natural splendor, providing an escape from the bustling city life. Whether you are a nature enthusiast, a plant lover, or simply seeking a serene experience, this garden is an absolute gem. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, and I am already planning my next visit.

Highly recommend buying tickets in advance so you don’t have to wait in line. The place was really busy on a Monday so I can’t imagine how weekends are. You can easily spend a couple of hours here looking at the different gardens and walking around. I heard that they have lights on display at night time as well which would be worth checking out in the future. There is also the Planetarium and Insectarium you can check out nearby, it costs another admission to check these out however.

It was a good experience to see different kind of plants. Very well maintained garden. It’s a lot of walking 2-3 hours depending on your pace, would recommend you to wear summery clothes and proper walking shoes, and keep water to hydrate yourself if you are coming in summer time.
