Front desk staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Tried ti source an obscure faucet cartridge. They provided a seating washer and o-ring free of charge. Also instructions in how to dismantle. Really impressed with the service.

A business that does not accept money what a joke definitely lost my business I will buy my supplies elsewhere but I understand that you guys take debit LOL I was just quite shocked I mean even a dollar store doesn't say no to money I was even willing to disinfect the money anyways drove 20 minutes out of my way just to come see you guys at the end of the day I was in a pinch and had to go somewhere else which they gladly accepted my money

Bardon and their sister company Bathworks helped us choose a tub suitable for our bathroom renovation. After learning our first choice tub wouldn't be available for many weeks they upgraded us for free to the next tub that would fit. It was in stock and we received lots of assistance to load it same day. Thanks!

Dropped in looking for simple O-rings. After commenting on how I had parked (In an empty lot, in front of the store) told me they didn't carry O-rings and suggested I go to a pool place. Plumbing place that doesn't carry O-rings? Sure!
