Great range of products. Unfortunately this gets eclipsed by terrible customer service. On another note, transferring a super 8 film to a DVD takes SIX WEEKS! Exactly. Crappy attitude of staff that screams I'd rather be somewhere else" does not help. Go elsewhete unless it is a highly specific thing you are looking for (unavailable elsewhere) - in which case you may be forced to endure the ultra-slow and lousy customer experience."

Terrible service, bought camera online, not in stock at my local store (in stock at all the others) but should be able to get within 24hrs. Got email confirmation and told to wait for email before going to the store, after 3 days sent email for and update on my order, 24 hours later still no update but I did receive an email congratulating me on my purchase and be sure to post my photos on Instagram with their hashtag. Could have bought from best buy but wanted to support local businesses. UPDATE, since posting my 1* review I received a call from Gosselin, the Customer Support person was most apologetic, told me my order was ready and added a little extra to my order for the lack of service. The person in the store was polite and efficient and I will have no hesitation doing business with them again. I would upgrade my review to 4* as their only real problem with my order has been lack of communication.

Poor customer service and not professionnal for large photo impression. Have to check their work if you want to be satisfied. Time consuming and somewhat frustrating as there is no way to have an adequate work flow. Spend as much as 125$ on a 40'' x 60'' laminate, ended up with a very dark picture far from being what I wanted. Called them and their reply was that it was my fault as I didn't make the right adjustment for impression!! But how could I know and do those adjustment when they are not providing mean of doing it. They don't have any printer or paper profile to provide and make those adjustments. You just have to guess? For that size and price, real professionnel would have made the adjustment and/or check with the client that it is going to be done correctly before the lamination. Will have to find better professionnel impression service.

Great service and the paper quality of its prints is amazing and way much better than Costco's or any other.... Great store for the amateur and the pros!We printed online our order and it was ready in less than 24 hours. Wow! That is fantastic! Thanks

Very rude young lady staff in the section where they take passeport pictures! I went there and asked for pictures. The young lady looked at me and said, in a very rude way. Oh. My machines are all off at this time!" So I looked at her and asked for the time. Without looking at her watch she said. "5 minutes before the store closes." I was so suprised by her attitude

very helpful and very knowledgeable. The first man i spoke to did not know English very well and another employee jumped in to help. The man with the beard- his name has slipped in my mind- helped me find the right lens for me. The transaction was fast and i would definately shop here again.

Great store. I went to get film developed when I was in visiting Quebec City as a non-french speaker and they developed it three role and did a good job.

Went to Gosselin Photo to upgrade my camera today. They have an excellent buy back program and offer reasonable price for your equipment. The staff were very welcoming and prompt. I will definitely suggest this place for everyone who is planning to get a photography equipment.

What a amazing store for all types of photographs. You can get almost everything required for photography. Cheaper rates!! Great staff. Highly recommended.
