From start to finish our informed salesman made our sale happen right to my specs and requests! And all within an amazing price range. Delivery men were in and out in less than 20 and well they were so polite, efficient and super humans!! A tip, a Gatorade, kind words and acceptance for their skills and efficiency was also extremely appreciated! Sincerely hope more people can be accepting and just as kind to these great delivery men and our sales rep Jason Boyer at CAS in Barrie! Well done!!

The purchase of my fridge was easy and delivery went well. The delivery guys were great. Now waiting on customer service to replace as it was damaged, has a small dent on the side of the door. I have to say I wasn't real happy with my sales person Ron though. I was a bit panicked and called him right away for some direction. I left him 2 messages but I never got a call back.Update - Received replacement fridge today after going back and forth with customer service. They ultimately did look after us, thank you Wayne! We had the same delivery guys, Rico and Noel, as the last time and they were wonderful once again. They were both very pleasant and efficient.I gave 5 stars even with the trouble I had because this company really did come through for me and I appreciate it. My fridge is beautiful.

Looking for a new fridge - they were the only ones who had the model we wanted in stock and delivered within 3 days. Excellent sales staff. Easy parking. Great delivery service. Quick, efficient, clean. Delivery guys put old unit in garage. Very competitive for pricing. [Seems the market is controlled.]

We have never had a problem with our purchases from Canadian Appliance. This is our go to store when we need something new. Both the delivery person's were very nice.

Sales person was great to deal with. The delivery guy's were great and took everything away with them. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy appliances.

First impression.Nice clean showroom. Not pushy but they do come and ask to schedule with the next available sale person if your interested.Rob Adams was our sales person and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances. He has first hand experience antidote for some of the products we were looking at. Didn't try to change out minds but made us aware of our options. Made us feel like we were getting us the best deal for what we wanted. I will recommend you ask for him if you go here.Lots of choices. Kitchen Aid, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Maytag, LG, Samsung, Bosch. And some I hadn't heard of.Delivery: will review when delivered but I am confident that the 5 stars will be my final review. Very professional.

This is a case of install and customer service follow-up hell. I ordered from the CAS company I have used in the past and was so disappointed with this recent install and customer service follow-up that CAS should be cringing in shame.The delivery folks arrived promptly for the install but complained that they have WAY TOO many to do in a day. When they assembled the washer and dryer they yanked out the the tailor made venting and squashed a 12 foot by 6 inch metal coil into a 6 inch space! Then they mangled it into the opening! (Pictures provided!) Naturally the area was left with metal debris!Of course when I went to run the machines, it was like watching an episode of the Simpsons as the appliances danced along the floor. In fact the washing machine wouldn’t go through the rinse cycle at all and just shut down I immediate called my personal repair man, who came out replaced the crushed venting, removed the many MANY feet of excess coil, leveled the machines which were out by several inches, pushed the machine back into the cavity by 10 inches and clean ed up the mess! (See the last picture!)When I called customer service, they saidI was to blame for not calling them right away and for having them come out to redo the install! Yup, it’s MY FAULT for not allowing the same fools that wrecked the venting system in the first place! But thanks for charging me for the failed install and the headache you left me with!I was definitely overcharged and abused as a customer! Shame on CAS for making me feel guilty for my purchase and the putting the burden of proof on me! You oversold me materials for the job, sent out unqualified people to do an honest install and then BLAMED ME!

We had a great experience with CAS! Our fridge died on us and we needed one ASAP. Adam was great from the Barrie location, helped us immediately with what we were looking for and 2 days later, our old fridge is gone and in with the new! Would definitely recommend and we will be going back when the time comes!

Delivery drivers were Fantastic. Was such a hot day and even tho my door wouldn’t open properly they were still so nice, friendly and funny too. And they figured out how to get my fridge in anyway. Great service all around as they offered next day delivery which was great.

I’ve had my all appliances delivered today. The sales team was good. Except my sales person who was sometimes would not reply back my messages. Fridge was delivered damage but the delivery guy took care of it and amazing thing was I didn’t had run after anyone. Within 15 min I got a phone call from CAS that they will deliver the fridge within few days. Overall bottom line is the prices are competitive and delivery is very professional. 4 stars out of 5 was only lack of communication with the sales person.
