Shady business practice. Service should be ashamed for their fear tactic surcharges on things that don’t need to be completed. Honesty and transparency go a long way. I don’t mind paying more but when you inflate your prices then offer to drop certain “fees” when I tell you I’m taking my car elsewhere is unprofessional.

Too much costly just adding high labor charges just for checking fault .I have to pay nearly $500 just to replace adaptive Bulb even though it should be covered under my extended warranty I purchased with my CPO certified vehicle making excuses to make me pay. Even if I do not replace from them I had to pay $200 diagnostic fees as they made me sign upfront ....... Never recommend any one to get .Poor Service

The dealership was helpful and relatively quick in service. My only disappointment was although my service should have been included, it was not due to time limitations... I thought that was a strange explanation as the car is not driven that often..
