Canada Post

Walked in on a Sunday morning in November 2021, I was the only customer there. Sent out a Christmas Parcel, was provided a tracking number, and received 10/10 customer service. I will now only use this Canada Post from now on. Keep up the great work.

Worst service of any Canada Post outlet that I've ever gone to. The female employee acts like she owns Canada Post and gets to arbitrarily decide if you get service or not as well as close the outlet as she chooses during posted business hours. She claimed the outlet was closed because they" were installing a new system and she wouldn't be able to locate registered mail or any other package. Requests to speak with her manager was met with complete refusal. Coincidentally

Worst customer service I have ever seen in any canada post.I had 4-5 post/mails/packages to pick up in one week time.I had so much trouble collecting them.one day I went there at 1pm and they were closed for day for system issues.which I can understand but the person named madhavi spoke to us very rudely” no thing much we can do and I am the manager here”On the top they misplaced one of my package that supposed to be ready to pick up by April 14th.I visited multiple time they said it’s not here the another person(don’t know name)with clear specs on 21th april said package is not ready so I called customer service and made ticket for lost item.The next day a guy name ryan helped us out he checked in back and found our package.

This location is the worst by far. I can honestly say, not only am I missed by the courier everytime, but I haven't been able to pick up a package in the first try EVER! If I didn't have to deal with canadapost ever again it would be too soon.

Worst service ever.. the female employee name madhvai.. she is always on food break whenever i come. She does not care if anyone is waiting for the service.. she has no sense how to talk… she was not helpful at all. Very rude… instead of helping me she was on her phone… i dont work at canada post.. how i am supposed to know the procedures.. u work here so u know how things work.. instead of making the next person feel that they dont know anything and you are the god.. you should help them and take your work seriously.

Every time I go into this post office, the service is awful. Every employee I have interacted with over the last 5 years has been incredibly rude. The last employee I interacted with was Haden who was quite condescending and visibly impatient. All I can say is this: please do better and treat people with kindness.

I have to go there sometimes to pick up deliveries. There is an estern face person there at Canada post counter that is literally the rudest person I ever met. He is so rude that ruin my day each time I go there. I strongly recommend if you see this eastern face there then go to another Canada post to avoid be traumatized.
