Ian has been amazing throughout the 5 months of planning our month long holiday through the US and Canada. Flights, accommodation, Resturant bookings, hockey games, private farm tours … all the way to lift passes and ski hire - all over Christmas and new year school holidays. We had flight cancellations and accommodation changes due to extreme weather events which Ian handled with ease, making our trip stress free! I lucked out to find Jessica Renshaw to coordinate my fabulous Rocky Mountaineer trip in 2022! Being a mature first time solo traveler from California I wanted a consultant that knew Canada travel. Jessica is a top notch gal and I'm very grateful for professional and kind guidance. Unfortunately I ended up with covid during my travels. Jessica handled my issues and followed through for me with the travel insurance claim. She is a gem and knows the travel business. I hope to visit this most beautiful country again.
