ask for a quote on a 25kva generator. $640 . When I got the bill I discovered that there was in addition to the rental price a running time charge and on top of that a crazy expensive diesel markup($480). The final bill was well over $2000 ... dang I got got but I ain't going back.

Always Friendly and Will Give Great Service

The staff were helpful in helping me pick out the lift that would suit my needs and very accommodating when I had some false starts for ending the contract.

Ease of renting. Phoned in to sales rep. who pulled up our account. He was able to see our previous rental at this same site and had all address, delivery and contact information, in minuets we were done. Delivery was prompt driver was top-notch

Lindi and Florin are amazing!I, being stubborn as I am, decided to order a boom lift for an indoor job without checking the dimensions of the lift. Upon arrival it was clearly too big to fit into our building. Florin' (sp?) was extremely helpful – he called dispatch and reordered a scissor lift that would be able to do the job. I was also issued a refund for the first order! Within two hours it arrived, and we got the job done no problem!Throughout the process Lindi kept in contact with me, making sure I received the lift on time and that it did the job we needed it to do. She also kindly gave me the model of the lift for future reference, which is GREATLY appreciated.Thanks Lindi and Florin, I’ll be back!
