Friday Jul 22 around 4.30pm I went to CosmoProf at 86 Mall str, Hamilton to buy Hair products. Somehow my membership card didn't work (been hack or something?!). I'm lucky all the staff was there to help me the store manager name was LiLy, she was amazing! She is very nice, friendly, sharp and very organized. Lily spent time to help me and still helped all the customers. I felt appreciated and she was at the end of her shift, but she still helped me! Thank so much!!!

I love this beauty supply store but not the location..I mean..I'm bad with directions but I've been here several times now and got lost every time. There are two buildings kind of similar that are kind of close and I always get them confused. Just a warning so you try not to have the same problem haha!! :D

Called 7 times before they picked up for curbside pickup. Understandable if they dont have all the right products it is probabaly busy. But the lady that took my phonecall was super rude and said your not making my job and easier" when I didnt know a number right away on one of the tubes of colour. So un impressed."

Always very friendly and helpful. It’s my go to beauty supply as it’s minutes from my home. Highly recommend! This shop is for industry professionals only, so license or proof of diploma are needed.

Great. Very clean and organized. I always find what I need with ease and the staff is very friendly. I go in with my fiance and he isn't licensed but I am and a lot of other cosmoprofs kick him out which is dumb because he's the one I'm usually buying for.
