Olympia Reception Halls

This reception hall is absolutely gorgeous. It can seat over 300 people comfortably. The wait staff are very accommodating and professional. The large bar is well staffed by two well trained bartenders. They are also very personable. The food on tonight's menu included fillet mignon or salmon. Both were incredible. This place also has great acoustics for the band. All in all a great party place.

Absolutely amazing experience, this hall has outstanding staff, even when they were understaffed. Food was fantastic, my guests had nothing but good things to say. Pamela, the manager was nothing but accommodating. Highly recommend this venue for your next event

Great hall! High ceilings and huge windows. Beautiful lobby.The food was amazing. So delicious. We started with canapés. Luckily they were generous serving them because we were all freaking over them. Amazing spanakopita, calamari, smoked salmon, no concibo and tomatoes, so many more!Once inside the hall we got to eat an amazing cream of vegetable soup. I could have had just this with the delicious bread and butter and been happy.The salad is amazing! So many vegetables. Top dressing.This was followed by the main course. Some people had the grilled chicken breast and others had the grilled salmon. Of course I tried both. Delicious. Tender and tasty. Even this was served with great vegetables.Luckily we had a little bit of dance time before the sweet table because I had to make room to try everything. The best feature was the fruit platter. The cakes and mini pastries were delicious and super fresh.The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating and competent.We have always loved coming here and look forward to our next event.

Had my surprise birthday party there on June 4,2022. It was perfect. Pamela and her staff took care of everything and everyone and couldn’t have been more accommodating. If you’re planning on having a party you should definitely give them a call. Thank you for a memorable evening

Please be aware!! We called to book an appointment to look at venues couple of times and they only responded 2 weeks later, and when they gave us an appointment ( which was today at 10 with Adriana ) we showed up on time but nobody was there and nobody answered our calls, total waste of time and un professional, i won’t recommend this place to anyone

Chicken was extremely salty.Staff has no experience and work under a humongous verbal pressure from Pamela.Pamela's employee had our guest wishes in a jar for our wedding thrown in the garbage when confronted her about her behaviour.Unorganized & extremely rude event manager that takes no responsibilities for her mistakes.We haven't heard 1 positive feedback about Pamela from our guests nor her staff.

Went to a wedding reception at this hall a couple of weeks ago. they were very disorganized; they brought out the wrong wedding cake still in a box, on a dish cart from the kitchen which was dirty, and they expected the photographer to take pictures with this setup!! Totally unprofessional and the photographer refused obviously! also it took 20 minutes to wait to get a drink at the open bar. The day before they decorated the wrong hall so it all had to be redone again ! they forgot to make the dessert so no dessert was served after the meal, they also didn’t serve coffee after dinner. During the slow dance the staff decided to pass through the middle of people with a dish cart to go to the other side of the hall. The servers didn’t know which plates to bring to the tables, they were totally confused!! They would serve our food at the table without removing the used dishes from the previous course…. The washrooms weren’t clean even before everyone showed up at the cocktail!! I definitely would not recommend this hall for your special wedding day.

We had our wedding this past Saturday & we had an incredible time! Great staff, food, service, space & a WONDERFUL VENUE MANAGER PAMELA! She is amazing at being a constant communicator & super sweet to help us organize our big day! This is definitely a memorable time! Thank you Olympia staff! :)

This place was garbage. It was open bar and they ran out of alcohol. There was not enough food for everyone, some people didn't even get bread. The service was terrible, people were dehydrated because there was not enough water at the tables. They messed up the seating tables for the guests, and our photo booth table was gone when we arrived. The dishes were dirty, and I found broken glass in my drink that I almost swallowed.

Such a great venue, I've hosted a couple of my events there. Pam and the rest of the staff were amazing. The food was more than we could ask for. I have recently suggested the venue to some of my friends as well. You should definitely consider this venue if you're looking for a great hall and food !
