He also gave us insights into the pros and cons of purchasing the property in certain locations. He is courteous, friendly, down to earth, understanding, patient, calm, organized and genuinely helpful. He would respond to our requests immediately and worked tirelessly on our offer through Diwali - late into the night. We are on Vancouver Island and he recommended we do a walk through of the property with him so he made the time and effort to come all the way from the mainland. He performed a long and thorough inspection-looking for signs of potential problems, commenting on the quality of construction and location/neighbourhood.
