Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
My family and I have been going to this Smitty's for years for brunch. Recently my Grandmother made a reservation for this Father's day, (she made the reservation three weeks in advance).She was called about the table she had requested and told we couldn't have it because regulars needed it.When we got there I went and talked to the manager about it and she said that the regulars" weren't even going to be there until 11:30am. I let her know that we wouldn't be back due to this.We

Disspointing. Mediocre at best. Had the Eggs Benedict and it was very bland/beige and unappealing presentation, small amount of hashbrowns that were lukewarm. Edible, but definitely not worth $17.99. Won't bother again.

Me and my wife (disabled) go here often and the food etc. as well as the service is usually excellent. This last time the service was awful. A middle aged server, was awful, as soon as a table of 6 came in after the 2 of us, we rec'd very poor service. My wife's Pepsi and my coffee was served, but no creamer. Even though she said she would bring creamer she never brought creamer. I waited a long time while she fussed over the table of 6. I had to ask another server to please bring me the creamer. I normally tip well after explaining to the cashier about my lack of service, I tipped 93 cents (2%).The cashier then made an effort to tell me that it our fault and not the server's fault as we came from the outside entrance and not the mall entrance. I disagreed with her.......

Food was nice...especially the chicken wings dipped in sauce. The waiter provided a strap-in baby seat for the smallest member of the family without asking and that was quite thoughtful and nice of her. Great customer service from the staffs.

The crepes were delicious and so was the breakfast special! Both female servers had bubbly smiles and tended to all tables respectfully with kindness. My daughter and I had an amazing time dining here, definitely coming back!

I had the best breakfast I've had in a long while; it was a wholesome and hearty meal! The staff were prompt, courteous and helpful. It's also kid friendly, with a good menu and highchairs for the little ones. I enjoyed my steak, hash browns and eggs!!

There portion sizes are very skimpy and their prices are way to high for their portions! It’s ridiculous that they will charge what they do for the minimal food you get. This wasn’t a one time situation, happened multiple times and will not go back again… feel bad for all the seniors who eat there getting charged so much for next to no food!!!

All around it was very good. The quality of the food was impressive. The service, from our waiter Don, was prompt and attentive and the food arrived quickly after we ordered. The interior of the restaurant was clean and tidy. Overall it was an excellent Sunday Breakfast experience. Thank you Smitty’s Saskatoon.

Wow!! The staff here can sure warm a heart. We came with family for lunch, and while we are not probably considered frequent regular customers here, I sure received the most kind, unexpected and complimentary welcome here by our Server, which made me smile for the rest of day and every time I remember. ( I am sure you know who are, as your beautiful personality beams) You definitely put a boost in my spirits the start of my Christmas week. But the best part my family witnessed all your kind words. Oh ya and all our meals were delicious, quickly served and hot.
