My wife and I took our 3 young kids there this weekend to begin the process of getting a snake for a pet.We did a 1 hour class and it was amazing! They are so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and willing to go beyond to help get us set up.We look forward to our next class and then getting our snake enclosure set up!Thank you!!

Wouldn’t book a birthday here again, the animals were cool - but I booked a party 20 days in advance for my 4 year old, called the morning of to see if we could adjust the time by 15 minutes & they didn’t even have my party booked for the right date - if I hadn’t of called I would of had 16 disappointed kids. Also, the gentleman doing the presentation was fantastic, but educated about the reptiles for way way too long - for a bunch of 4 year olds. I tried making subtle hints at just tell them their names and let them pet them, but he didn’t get it. Also wasn’t impressed that nobody could hold the reptiles. Only pet with 1 finger. I would have had a smaller group had I known that nobody could hold them due to the amount of people. I would just take them to a pet store if I wanted them to look at animals. Thankfully I asked the guy if my son could atleast hold one snake, and he said yes. For the price - not worth it at all.

This is certainly worth visiting. My grandchildren loved seeing the tortoise, 4 or 5 snakes, a tarantula and an iguana. They were allowed to hold or touch all except the one tiny poisonous snake. The value of the hour-long private showing is incredible.

Amber and her staff are highly dedicated to the education, and understanding of all things reptilian! We purchased a baby ball python from the RR and we couldn’t be happier. I was having trouble getting it to eat. Amber made some suggestions, and they worked on the first try! Thank you Amber for your advice!

This is a great store. They have a wide variety of little creatures as well as all the knowledge you will need for your little pal. They go above and beyond to get you ready and teach you how to take care of your reptile. Oh and they do reptile daycare!! :)
