Rob was upfront throughout the planning, the repair work, and managed to deliver right on time — meeting all of my expectations.The needed repairs required a complete shutdown of my office. This meant that I would not be able to see my patients. Rob and Belfor understood the impact of the shutdown and completed the work on time, adhering to the strict scheduling that was required. The disruption was minimal and I was back seeing my patients, as planned.Now that we’re back to practice, I can attest that the work provided is truly exceptional. My fence was blown down during a windstorm in December. Within 24 hrs. of the call to Intact, Belfor was there to temporarily fix it for safety purposes. Within the next 48 hours Pedro (project manager) was there for estimation and to settle any concerns. The fence could not be permanently fixed till the spring due to the frost. Once spring arrived Rob Morrison (project supervisor) was on site explaining clearly the procedures. Shortly after the tradesman Will and Doug arrived and completed the job with true excellence and craftsmanship. Respect they showed to my property was above and beyond. My wife and I were estatic with the performance of all four gentleman. To Pedro, Rob Morrison, Will and Doug of Garbutt Construction Belfor, we can’t thank you enough for a job that is more then well done and second to non. I would use these guys for any property project if I could.

I have had Brandon, Gary and Nolan, come to my house to do some repairs from a accident. These men could not have made me feel any better, they did excellent work in a very timely manner and they always cleaned up after their work. I would highly recommend these men and the company for their help.

My husband and I recently had a claim for our damaged roof and Belfor managed the repairs. It was an easy and low stress experience. Someone came out to the house the day I put in the claim, and the teams were very easy to talk to and work with through the whole process. Emergency repairs were done promptly, despite there being a lot of demand in our area for roofing jobs due to unusually high winds this winter. The full roof repair happened earlier than I expected (February), and the work was completed in one day. We’re very happy with the results. Rob M out of Belfor Owen Sound was a particularly great contact during this experience.

We had significant water damage in a bedroom which is located directly below a faulty bathtub drain. The leaky drain caused significant water damage which soaked the bedroom ceiling, a bedroom wall, bed mattress and caused damage to our solid wood bed. What a mess! We were very concerned with the extend of the water damage and if the bedroom could be restored to its original state. Belfor immediately came and quickly restored the room and ceiling to its original condition which we were very happy with. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire Belfor team. I have worked with many service companies but have never seen such an excellent service company in action. At every step of the project, the management provided us with excellent communication with phone calls and texts which we greatly appreciated. Every employee was extremely careful in protecting our floors and walls during the project. Every employee represented Belfor with the highest level of professionalism. It is obvious from our restoration project that Belfor's management has developed an excellent team which is totally committed to provide the client with the best possible service with superb final results. I strongly would recommend hiring Belfor for restoration projects.

Once Rob came on board communication was much better. The project took longer than I expected but given the circumstances of trade shortages weather and so many other tornado damaged projects understandable. In the end product looks great, excellent carpentry work and roofers were great too, I couldn’t be happier.

Especially when Rob took into consideration the specific needs of the individuals involved.They were fast! Rob Walker and Evan Berry and their teams did a wonderful job on our very badly damaged plaster walls. We are a museum and they did top-grade work in a very timely fashion, and were very respectful of all the artifacts in the museum. After several attempts by other contractors the Belfor repair person was able to resolve a long standing issue. We are very pleased with the workmanship and results.
