I had a laptop whose USB-C ports were no longer charging due to a motherboard failure. The failure happened on a weekend, and I needed it desperately by the next Thursday. I brought in my laptop on Monday, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my laptop was operational and functioning well before I needed it back. I am incredibly impressed with their service and how they went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you so very much!

I recently ordered an 27 Apple Thunderbolt Display from this company through Best Buy. However they sent me an Apple Cinema Display instead of a Thunderbolt Display. The power cable came with the display is not even an original apple cable. Although they advertised it as refurbished grade A product
