I've taken pilates classes with Kimberly for quite a few years now. She's excellent at queuing the exercises, it makes a big difference on the results I get. I recommend Kimberly 100% to any one who wants to feel great. My visits to the chiro are no longer needed!

Kimberley is an excellent teacher. She is knowledgeable in Pilates. With classes currently being online, she is able to give clear instructions, and demonstrate while watching an entire class. Even while teaching online she can tell if students are breathing and positioned right. The classes have a very nice flow to them. I definitely feel a workout. I am currently taking Foam Roller, on the Ball, as well as Pilates introduction.

I have so enjoyed Kimberley's Pilates classes over the last few years. I truly feel the difference in my core strength and posture. Kimberley is very knowledgeable and brings a positive energy to her classes. She connects with each of her students to ensure they are moving and breathing properly. I leave class feeling energized, strong and more balanced. I highly recommend Intune Pilates!

Kimberley is fantastic to work with! I have taken both private and group classes from her. She is excellent with a variety of ages and skill levels and is very open to questions, communicating in an easy to understand way. I am very grateful that our paths crossed! She has made such a difference in my life, I only wish I would have met her 15 years earlier!
