Because I was moving from Windsor to Toronto, the whole process ended up being completely virtual to which Joel was so accommodating of! When we moved to this new country around 3 years back, we had no clue we would find such a genuine realtor-turned-friend so easily (because frankly we had heard horror stories!). Joel was great to work with. He guided us to establish a price for our home that we would be comfortable with and that was going to draw potential buyers. He provided staging, storage, inspection, photos/video and a yard clean up – and all of his efforts worked as we sold for over asking in 1 day – in a tough market. From the first point of contact right up to my move-in date, his service was exceptional.After weeks of attempting to find a condo/realtor on my own and getting nowhere, I was referred to Joel from a friend who also had success with him. Within 1 minute of sending Joel a message he called me back, and within a couple of hours he had viewings set up for the next day.It took a while to find something, only because I was a bit picky and I had a tight budget, but Joel was incredibly patient. He was always available, communicative, and helpful.He actually made the condo hunt (which can be a stressful and painful process) fun and enjoyable. He is funny, personable and comfortable to be around. Joel is the best guy you want to ask for advice and help when you seek out a property. We got to know him through our friends and instantly struck a connection with him. What me and my husband love most about him, is his honest opinion. If joel didn’t approve a property we wouldn’t go in! He is always available, even when we dragged him out on Sundays!!
