Miles was an absolutely wonderful associate to work with, went through all my options and was honest and helpful in my selections and helped me make informed choices based on my occupation. Very kind, good humour with good customer service etiquette. Wonderful experience overall!

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Optiks International - West Edmonton. An associate let me know about the deals, provided me a box to put my glasses choices in. When I was ready to purchase a pair, Baylee helped with the whole process. Gave my Dad and I the total price on different options, told us about the Groupon deal and was so pleasant to deal with. Very informative and I will continue to go to Optiks International for my glasses.

The associate Sara went above and beyond to accommodate my need for specialty eyewear. With no hesitation, she contacted the manufacturer for input and was able to ascertain that my requirements could be met. Throughout the process Sara was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and personable in her dealings with me. She made the whole process pleasant and I left there confident that I was getting what I needed. Remarkable customer service.

I had a nice experience on this optical shop. Store is clean and lots of products to choose from. Associates are very knowledgeable on their products and accommodating. Marnie recommended what’s best for us especially on the pricing and discounts, which helped us in decision making.

Well, what can I say.... We had eye exams at the Mayfield Common Optix location. We proceeded to choose frames. So many to choose from. We didn't know where to start. Enter....Miles to assist us to sort this out. Miles was so helpful and was so patient. We ran a little short of time so Miles offered to set our choices aside until we could come back the next day to make our final choices. We went back the following day. Miles was there again to assist us. He gave us great feed back as we tried the different frames we had chosen. Miles is so efficient, professional, and friendly, definitely an asset to Optix! Thank you Miles we'll see you when we pick up our glasses!

I had an excellent experience at optiks with Sara M. She was so thorough showing my daughter and I every pair of glasses that suited us. Not only did we find the perfect glasses, we also had a great time being in the store. Thank you Sara for the great experience. I would absolutely come back to this store again.

I was really impressed with the selection of frames in the store. Sunni took the time to help me pick frames for that suited my face. She wasn't trying to just get a sale. She also explained the best lens index for my prescription (I'm very nearsighted.) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunni to anyone looking for a great optician.

I was taken care of by an amazing guy there named MILES! He helped me when choosing the perfect glasses, not only what would look good on my face shape but what color suited my skin tone! Miles has a personality that I wish everyone had as he is very kind, patient, down to earth and has a great sense of humour! The attribute I most admire in Miles though is his honesty as he will NOT tell u your glasses look good on u if they really don’t and he will give u his honest opinion which I found very refreshing indeed!! I have worn glasses my whole life and as a woman of 66 years YOUNG, I feel I most certainly know what I am speaking about in that regard. My overall experience there was wonderful and so much fun. I give credit to Miles for that. Thank u for everything! I will never forget u!

Went in to get new lenses, Sara M was ready to help. She was quick and efficient, funny and bubbly. She made the whole experience less of a chore of shopping for glasses. I would recommend Optiks International in Mayfield Common
