I called the Appliance Dr in late February 2023 requesting service for the dishwasher. I spoke with an answering service and then a lady called me back, with in a day or so. She explained they had been experiencing issues with tech’s (I believe she said a shortage of techs) and could help in April. I called again approx April 28th. I spoke to an answering service and the same lady called me back the same day. She said they were experiencing issues with techs (sounded familiar lol) and they could help us in June.I explained I called in February and was told I would have service in April, hence why I was calling at the end of April. She apologized and was shuffling paperwork, then took my name and contact details again. She called back right away and said she found the details from my February call and a technician would be calling me.Here we are June 20th, still no call (insert eye roll)….
