I have difficult veins and only 1 out of 5 staff can hit it one-time, but most times I get max 7 pokes from these staff.

Coming from someone who HATES blood tests, I have to say that I legit just had the BEST blood test experience EVER! Shoutout to the entire staff who was super friendly and especially to Rhonda who made me feel safe, comfortable, and totally taken care of. We all know that healthcare workers deserve a high-five but this Lifelabs deserves a high-ten for being kind and compassionate every step of the way. Thank you, thank you - highly recommend and have to say that it was a reminder that there is so much kindness in the world. Thank you Rhonda + all of the staff who made my experience a memorable one!

Have an appointment at 9am…came in around 8:50am. Few people came in after me with a later appointment time, but got called in before I did. Are appointment time disregarded or just me?

I have usually had a great experience at LifeLabs. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, making my visits quick and easy. They can get very busy, but even then they take the time to help you if you have a question or concern. Even on Saturdays, the wait times are usually quite short. However, keep in mind that if your lab requisition was forwarded to the lab by your doctor more than 6 months ago, it’s possible they won’t have it anymore. This is due to their policies, I believe. It’s recommended to have lab requisitions sent in shortly before you plan on doing blood work. I highly recommend this LifeLabs location for getting your blood work done.

I don't live here anymore, but my experience with this place (and like any doctor or ER I've ever been to) is that they don't want to help you.Reception was fine at the walk-in clinic, she was friendly, but the doctor didn't want to humor me. He said that I should see my family doctor for a pelvic exam but they had the tools (and nearby facilities) to do this. I didn't have one, and wouldn't have one, because my family doctor decided to have a child and no one offered to replace her apparently.In the end he said he'd set me up to have an xray done. I'm not 100% sure what an xray is going to detect in regards to swelling, but I humored it. Was probably just a quick and impersonal way of getting me out of his hair.

I've been to this location several times and the nurses are very kind and personable. Unfortunately the wait time online wasn't accurate to the physical wait time. Online - 9 minutes; in person - 20-30 minutes. May be due to the current situation but the difference is a lot.

My appointment was right on time, the staff was awesome, and the wonderful person taking my blood sample found the vein quickly (I usually have hard to find veins and take 4 or 5 pokes to get one that works) and took the samples painlessly.

Appointment time is required by pre booking but still accept walkins? Nobody present to prescreen for over 15 minutes. If you expect people to follow your guidelines at least be present for them to be adhered to.

I got my bloodwork done this morning. They were on schedule and I did not have to wait. The technician who drew my blood and did my ECG was phenomenal. I believe her name was Tina. As someone who is nervous to give blood, she was very nice and gentle. She was calm and made sure I felt comfortable. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Tina!

What a great, quick and efficient place! I had to get blood work done last minute so I showed up at 630 without an appt and I was out of there by 7am! The nurse who took my blood was fantastic!
