Their smoothies ONLY contain juice and oat milk, no fresh fruits at all. Should be mentioned in a menu imoEdit: I was watching that lady making my “smoothie”. And when I mentioned that why there were no fresh fruits, her answer was “the juice already contains fruits”. Then she rolled her eyes and went to another customer. So no, you guys don’t use fresh fruits for mango smoothie

visited this location today to redeem my free spring drink and it was pretty disappointing that i was served by 2 staff who did not make me feel welcome at all. first off, there was no greeting as i approached the cashier then i asked if i can redeem my free drink from the app. i was given a cold answer to just scan my rewards and i asked what are my options for a spring drink and she was rudely pointing at the sign infront of us but i was looking at her confused and said it doesn't say anything here" and showed her but she just flipped it over

The prices are so high, like subway charges 2 dollars less a sandwich twice as big as theirs. A brownie is 5 dollars!!!!!! What’s super unreasonable is that they have a tart that’s $7.5. This place is out of thier minds. Even with the inflation you would still be making so much money.

I’ve had this drink at many Good Earth locations. But this one gave me 90 percent blended ice, 8 percent milk and 2 percent matcha powder. So incredibly disappointed.
