2 years ago we hired Michele to help us switch to QBO and she was wonderful to work with. Now we just added the QBO payroll portion to our bookwork and of course we hired Michele back to help us with the setup. She is so savvy and efficient in Quickbooks but also highly knowledgeable in accounting. She certainly made it a breeze to switch to ease my workload, while assuring with clarity every step of the way.We highly recommend Michele as we know our books were set up correctly and so is our payroll now.Thank you Michele!!!

Michele Craig did training with me on learning Quick Books and was a pleasure to work with - I learn alot! She took the time to make sure I understood everything, explained everything clearly and had the patience to listen to all of my questions. Michele is amazing. She is so patient, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I knew only basics of using Quickbooks but had very little confidence in how I was utilizing it. Michele explained all the steps so simply and very thoroughly. I also felt like I was getting free accounting knowledge along the way. She is a great teacher and love that I can benefit from her guidance for 3 months even after my training is over. I feel so much better and confident using Quickbooks now. Thanks Michele!

An excellent teacher, Michele made sure she understood my business model very well before creating a detailed lesson plan just for my needs. I needed to upgrade to QB on line from QB 14 as it is no longer supported. My accountant warned me it was going to difficult so I looked for expert help. I am so glad that I chose Michelle at Booksmarts. There is NO WAY I could have done it by myself. With her training and support I didn't lose any data and after 3 months of handholding its working really well for me. She was available to answer all my questions and provided me with a thorough and easy to follow customized manual

My Wife and I took her course knowing very little and now feel confident running our business with it. My husband and I hired Michele to assist us with training on QuickBooks Online with our small business. I had some knowledge and was using this system, but was not using it to its full capacity. Well Michele certainly helped us with that!! She was wonderful to work with and very patient. I am now using QBO with more confidence and have learned so much about QBs since beginning my training with Michele. I would highly recommend her service.
