When I called these guys after six on the Thursday before a long weekend, the dispatcher said I can send the tow truck in 20 minutes". I figured he was just saying what I wanted to hear

Really great Tow Driver. He saw that i didn't have a jacket and he immediately offered me to get in the truck, he’s a really good talker and the car was delivered safely in the house. The Company ask for a you fair price. The Driver goes by the name Joe.

Fair and competitive pricing. Arrived on schedule as promised, and made sure vehicle was properly parked at mechanic shop to allow for easy move into the garage.However, as with most individual towing companies 24/7" is not quite true

Got stuck tonight. Called AMA and their waiting time was 24hr.Called Thunder Towing and a tow truck came within an hour, unstuck me without damaging my car and allowed me to go home with my car.Excellent service!

I do NOT recommend using this company.The guy doesn't know what he is doing.Explained the entire situation to him on the phone beforehand to ensure he could do it and he claimed he could. Then after an HOUR of standing around he had to FaceTime a mechanic as he could not figure out how to get the truck into neutral. In the process he broke my shifting cable leading to an extra $200 in charges to have it fixed by my mechanic.He refuses to acknowledge the damages caused.If i could give this company 0 stars I would.

Bought a vehicle that has a bad transmission and needed it towed from High River to Calgary. He came out in the middle of the bad snow storm (40cm in under 24hrs) and was unable to get into the alley where the truck was parked. He travelled all that distance a 2nd time a couple days later after the snow was packed down to finish the job and didn't even charge any extra travel time. Was already the most reasonably priced operator out there especially with all the fresh snow. Other operators were double the cost or telling me I had to wait 36-72 hours until they had time. I will definitely be using thunder towing again next vehicle I need to have moved.

One of the worse tow service in city he broke my car during the tow. Unprofessional two I lost $1000. Because of his unprofessional work.

Contracted this guys to tow my vehicle that had broke down on 17th street which is 5 min away from my home. I paid $170 and the operator said I have to wait for their tow Guy because they need help figuring it out. I was expected to wait in the cold for 2 hrs plus. It was getting late, I found my way home and sent them a text to leave the car on my street and send me photos. Woke up the next day and couldn’t find my car on the street or on the location. I called these guys for house and no response. Finally, they dropped my car on a wrong street facing the wrong direction and blocking a lady’s driveway. By the time I found the car, the lady already called the city and was really upset. City gave me multiple tickets , both fro parking infractions. I called the operator back and he claims I gave them the wrong address which doesn’t make any sense to me!. I complained about the Wong parking position they dropped my car and why block the driveway knowing that the vehicle doesn’t move but I was ignored and was told it’s no longer their problem. I was actually speechless and upset.
