My insurance agent was James Cummings and he was extremely professional and friendly. It was like talking to a friend more than an agent. He got me the best price for the most insurance and beat out several other companies prices.

Levi helped me out set up insurance on a new car, process was very efficient got me set up same day so I could take my car home! Very helpful guy always looking for the best rates!

Levi is an excellent helper that I have ever never known. I never have my car and home insurance with this company. My friend recommended me to this company. So I try to call and ask for a quote, I told Levi that I have an insurance with Allstate and they just keep increasing my insurance even after 1 month they sent a note to me that I have to pay extra money. That's why I am not happy with Allstate and I called A-Win, and I gave Levi all the information he needs , and later he returned my call and gave me a fair price. He also explained to me everything before he takes a holidays. I want to thank you for his excellency hard work.

Our 5 stars is for our broker, Alix! She is a Rockstar! We recently had our vehicle written off, and were having a really hard time dealing with our insurance company for payout, documents and rental vehicles! We weren't getting straight answers, our voice-mails went unanswered and we were getting very worried about what we were going to do. A-Win is lucky to have someone like Alix on the team - she went above an beyond to help us sort out everything and took a huge stress off of us. She is super understanding and relays as much information as she can so her clients are well-informed!I cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are for Alix. We couldn't have settled our claim without her.

James had helped my husband and I with our home and auto insurance needs. He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and very personable. James had extremely quick response times and was able to provide us with our insurance needs that met our timeline. James also helped us choose the right coverage for our needs.
