If I could give them 0 stars I would. The company has no regards to their employee's driving skills which results in the safety of their customers and the people in Vancouver.My boyfriend and I were parked near Granville island, and we just got fish n' chips for the first time for his birthday. While we were just about to take a bite, one of their elderly employees who was responsible for a bus full of people crashes into our parallel parked car.I have video proof of the employee saying, word for word, I was distracted" while driving and was not paying attention to his surroundings

Such a fun day exploring North Vancouver mountain areas! Jason was an amazing driver/guide. We went to: grouse mountain, hatchery, capilano suspension bridge park and even a quick stop to Cleveland Dam! Long, but fun day with my husband and 10 and 12 year old. The bus was comfortable, Jason made sure we were aware of what times we needed to leave each place to get on to the next adventure, Jason also made us aware of the washrooms and places to grab a bite to eat, and pick up and drop off at the hotel can't be beat!

Our driver (Greg) was really great. He was knowledgeable about the sights and our destinations. The trip was absolutely worth it. We particularly enjoyed the bears at Grouse Mountain.

Easy way to store our luggage after the cruise and have a chance to see Vancouver before our flight out that night. Canada Place, where the luggage storage is located, is the spot for many shuttle and tours pick up. The subway station is a easy walk, maybe 4-5 city blocks, and it connects directly to the airport. The only drawback is that you have to pick your bags up by 4:45. We still were able to see quite a bit!

We did two tours with Greyline West Coast Tours. The evening city tour first night. The tour, Mike n Graham were great, the bus not so much. The next day we did the City wifh Calilano bridge - everything was perfect, strongly recommend n the electric bus was comfy n luxurious.

Vinnie the Gorgeous was our guide - wonderful time with humorous commentary. We saw much more of Vancouver in one day and had a great time. We saw Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge and the Salmon Hatchery. Thank you Vinnie.

Had an amazing time on our tour of Vancouver. Our driver, Greg, was very knowledgeable, interesting to listen to, and very entertaining. This turned out to be an excellent way to tour Vancouver's highlights. I would definitely encourage this tour for anyone wanting to visit Vancouver and see the city.

Gray Line let themselves down here. Very old dirty school bus, which was difficult to get on and off. There was a hole in the floor and you could see the road. Couldn't really see what was being pointed out because the windows were dirty and plastic covering old. Definitely not the bus shown on the brochure! A 48hr ticket not worth it because of the limited schedule.
