Used them twice. first time not so bad second time has been unreal been waiting months too get My car back and keep getting a different date everytime I call should be this week should be next week but apparently have someone working none stop on it insurance had me go here and never using you guys again.... friendly people but horrible with time lines

Incredibly professional, efficient and well done body work. Adam really went the extra mile to help me out! Even their secretary Dennis was beyond helpful. If I ever need bodywork again I will surely return!

My vehicle fell in a ditch when I was travelling through the country side roads, my insurance company directed me to Car star, Brockville, I am basically from Toronto and I was doubting their abilities as brockville is a very small place, but to my surprise they have done a pretty decent job, I would surly recommend. Good job guys keep it up....

My car was hit when parked and my experience with my insurance was frustrating but the saviour of this experience was carstar in brockville. They were quick, amazing customer service and kept in contact with me the whole time. They even went the extra mile to try and contact my insurance when I was having issues contacting them. I will definitely be using carstar for all my future auto maintenance and repair needs. I highly recommend them!!!

Awesome service. Was a quick fix but they stopped what they were doing and fixed me up and sent me on my way. Very friendly and helpful.Have used for bigger repair jobs too and were great.

I used Carstar Brockville twice in the last couple months. Not happy. First time no communication. Thought they had an off day. Used them a second time. My car sat waiting to be towed to their shop 6 days. Even touched base with them. I switched the insurance assignment.
