He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions.The facility was spotless and modern, and I was confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I’ve been to a lot of different places but this location has been the best by far. The manager Joe goes the extra mile to help diagnose issues with coolant etc. the customer service is unparalleled. He helped me diagnose a few issues and gave me a bottle of coolant just in case I had an issue on the road.

The best service has me returning faithfully with my Santa Fe and my older F 150.Very well managed location!Keep doing what you do because it is unique these days.

I was stranded on July 1st with a dead battery and a dead alternator. Mark and Kiera totally saved me.They tested for all the possible problems, and then gave me all the information to speak to the shop about. They even hooked me up with a battery solution so that I could drive home and then to a shop.You guys are the best!!!

I recently visited Great Canadian Oil Change for oil change and routine car check up. It turned out my car had some leaks and missing boults. Joe was super friendly and went out of the way to fix the minor issues in addition to the regular oil change.I’d recommend this place if you are looking for quality inspection and services at a reasonable price.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Great Canadian Oil Change. I highly recommend their services. The staff was exceptionally polite and understanding from the moment I walked in. I had a sudden engine light appear on my rental car, which naturally caused some concern. Fortunately, Joe immediately came to my help without any hesitation. He not only identified the root cause, which turned out to be a severe lack of oil, but also took the time to thoroughly inspect my car. Given that the vehicle wasn't performing well I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received. Their prompt and reliable assistance was greatly appreciated.

I came in, not even for a service, but just about a service they didn't offer. Whereas most businesses would politely wish me good luck, several members of the staff came over and took the time trying to help me out, looking for resources for me and telling me where I could go instead. They listened and took the time to really help me and made me feel welcome even though I wasn't a paying customer. The staff are very lovely here and I've heard from friends and family that they provide very good, well priced, quick service.

What a first - incredible experience with multiple employees keeping us posted on the honestly minimal wait time which was kind but more importantly — was actually told — “to be honest you don’t need an oil change” Wow how refreshing!! He also knew we were looking to sell and offered to top up a few things, give us tips on an engine clean, tire pressure check & refill and overall just incredible service. Honesty, and overall respect is hard to find these days. I will be coming back without question !!! Thank you joe!!!

Went for an oil change and was the best oil change we have had! The staff were super helpful with everything and very friendly. They let us know we needed a new filter and got us one right away and installed it for us. Super helpful and very nice crew they have, Joe took care of us and he was awesome. If you’re looking for help with your car I highly recommend these guys!
