I called Ontario Electronics Services looking to see if repairs could be made to my television. The customer service that I received was beyond exemplary! Terry was always on time, the day of the appointment to pick up the television, or to call with updates. I cannot express enough how truly wonderful the customer service was, and how much I valued his knowledge and expertise.Although my television wasn’t worth repairing, I found Terry to be kind, knowledgeable and reliable, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends or family. Should the need arise, I will absolutely use his services again in the future.

The epitome of unprofessional. Still waiting for an apology for the rude demeanour and attitude given.EDIT: You were neither polite nor professional and took a combative stance/tone. If this is the manner in which you conduct business then let this review stand as a warning to others that there will be no after sale support.It is better to be truthful and admit that you were wrong rather than perpetuate a lie in an attempt to deceive others. An honest and candid response in lieu of the dismissive tone taken would have avoided this negative customer experience/review.

Terry was fantastic. He came to my home and assessed the issue with my 4 year old Sony Tv and gave me a reasonable price to repair it. I had my tv repaired and brought back in 2 days. Great service e and very professional. Thanks Terry definitely loyal to your work .

Great service at a fair price. My LG TV stopped working and Terry had it fixed within a couple of days. Much cheaper than buying a new one. Highly recommended.

Our 4 year old Samsung broke and we called Terry. He came to our home and gave us a quick repair quote. The repair was done as quoted and delivered back to us 2 days earlier then expected. We were very impressed with Terry and his professional work ethic, customer support and his attention to detail in his work.We would highly recommend him!!

Just called Terry to see if he could help me out with an issue I had with my Sharp TV: recently, a blue line appeared on the screen and wasn’t coming off.He explained what the issue was and that unfortunately, repairs would be uneconomical as it would cost more than buying a new TV. All this was discussed clearly and professionally. He did not charge me of his professional opinion nor offered costly visits for diagnostics.Terry was very professional and I would definitely call him again.
