Speedy service, vehicle OK, no one to take you to vehicle pick up so best to photograph car condition, fuel etc for future reference. Reasonable price.

- On m'a alloué une voiture tellement sale que j'ai dû m'arrêter deux fois pour la nettoyer, sans quoi sa conduite était dangeureuse (rétroviseurs, fenêtres, caméra arrière).- On m'a certifié que le plein d'essence avait été fait. Or, le réservoir était rempli aux 7/8 et, après que je m'en sois plaint et m'avoir fait miroiter une réduction de 10% sous réserve d'approbation par un superviseur, on m'a refusé tout remboursement !- Par-dessus le marché, on ne m'a pas transmis de facture.- Quant au numéro de téléphone pour déposer ma plainte (messagerie en anglais) : 30 minutes d'attente au moins !- Quelle attention pour la clientèle. Adieu Budget !

Not sure why other customers aren’t happy, we had a great experience. We booked online couple days prior a car for one day, came to the office, got the car, had a blast visiting three parks around Quebec City and return the car. No complains at all. Just keep in mind the Budget and Avis are the same company, and their office is located in the lobby of Hilton hotel, little bit hidden but bellhop will explain you how to get there.

Made a reservation in advance. Waited in line for 1.5 hours (behind people who didn’t have reservations). Eventually was told they had given away all available cars. We were told that we could wait to see if cars showed up, but they would close in the next 30 minutes (12pm).Basically - don’t rely on them for a car - they can’t guarantee you one, they will waste your time making you wait in a huge line despite a prearranged pick up time, and give available cars based on first come first served, rather than pre-booked.

Good prices and convenient location (if you can find it) for a day rental near Old Quebec. It was much cheaper than getting a rideshare to Hotel de Glace and Ile d'Orleans that we wanted to visit. Upgrading to an AWD SUV because of weather wasn't an issue either.

Car has big mark on the door when I rented at the airport and there was no check sheet to hand in. Used the car and returned to different location at downtown hotel. Worried about the existing damage but no one I could talk to during the rent out and retune period although return period fell into weekend. Hotel has budget office but closed. Great rental company not doubt about it but no clear system or procedure checking the state of the vehicle.

Premièrement, je vous souhaite de trouver l'emplacement de location, bon courage et que le sort puisse vous être favorable.Deuxièmement, lors de la prise du véhicule, on nous certifie que le plein d'essence a été fait. Il manquait littéralement 1/4. Impossible de joindre le personnel (comme convenu si nous avions un problème) malgré plusieurs appels, avant la fermeture à midi. Nous étions déjà partis en route. Par crainte d'avoir des soucis et des prélèvements sur la carte de caution, nous avons mis notre plein + le plein manquant. Une honte.
