Exelent servise, very friendly..The Ultrasound lady is excellent and also the person who is doing the x-rays including secretary being very nice.. definitely five star.

The technician wasn’t wearing a mask, she opened the door wide open while I was in the middle of changing. Also, the ultrasound device was not clean at the beginning of the ultrasound.

5 starts for the receptionist, she provides clear instructions and she tries to accommodate.0 starts for the thecnitian, older Indian lady. She gave me some papers to sign, when I was reading them. She said you don't need to read just sign it.I said I don't sign anything without reading, and she still rushing me.In the papers said I will be introducing the device to do the intavaginal ultrasound, but she did not allow me. She was rude and treat me like child. Very angry lady. Disgusting how she treat me.Management team, please pay attention on how this lady is conducting the procedures, even if you make us to sign a paper, you ca get in trouble.

I brought my little son here for an x-ray and the technician was so kind and patient with him. She let him hold the equipment and explained how everything worked and what was happening. Thank you!

They went above and beyond to care for me and follow up to arrange another appointment. I haven’t experienced that elsewhere. They do both X ray and ultrasound.

Wensite is very misleading states same day appt for ultrasound and xray. You call they are booking a week ahead. Tries to tell you its for xray but wording on website states otherwise. Fix your website

Walk-in appointments for X-Rays. The X-Ray office is located down stairs and you could access through the lift provided. The staff is kind and polite. The parking entrance is from Royal York Rd. The entrance through Summitcrest Drive is one way and is only an exit.

I've had an ultrasound here at least 8 times, and the experience is consistent. They run mostly on schedule and are responsive with phone appointment bookings etc. Clean place. Happy with the experience.
