The management and staff are amazing. They will make the drinks the way you like them. Peppermint fog is the best.

Usually this place is fine. I really appreciate that they give larger sizes to mall staff for the same price on drinks. However today my banana bread had mold on it. I'm not usually one to complain but when it's a health matter it's a bigger deal. That's just unsafe. They gave me my money back but I will not feel comfortable getting food there any more

I love Blenz Capaccino. I was first introduced to it at there Tsawwassen location. Best ever.However the Capaccino at Woodgrove is the worst of all time. It is watery and lacks flavour. Not at all worth the exorbitant price.I notice a number of permanent closings i Vancouver. Probably for the same reason - lack of product consistency.I will go to Blenz in Tsawwassen, but will not venture in to any other Blenz franchise.

Baked goods are good, hot chocolates are great, espressos can be inconsistent. Had a flat white last time and it was pretty good, my flat white this time has 2 inches of foam on top.

I’ve been working at the mall and getting food and drinks from Blenz regularly, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Awesome Good and coffee.

wow I'm sooooo impressed with blenz coffe they deserve 10 + stars they are the bestest cafe in the entire world everytime I come in their coffe shop the employees treat me so nice and kind you guys really are amazing also your coffe and fooooood is super incredible thank you for such amazing service all the time I love coming to your cafe and feeling welcome thank you so much

Beverage was not great. Customer service, in my opinion, was not great. Asked a simple question and felt as though I received a rude (bad attitude) response. I wouldn't recommend.
