Bought an umpire polo shirt super expensive and it has already become balled and picked in sections piece of garbage and it came with dirt on it too Boot. I complained to cs about it and they couldn't have cared any less. Will NEVER shop here again ever

2 stars for inventory selection only. Was in there today to purchase a slow pitch softball bat as the selection available at most sportchek stores etc lacks size or brand options. Legit drove an hour to this store to spend $400 on a bat.From the moment I walked in, I spotted about 5 staff immediately, 2 at the cash out counter upon entering and neither even greeted with a hello or welcome to the store. Neither were helping customers check out either. They looked at me and looked away.While going up and down the isles I found the bats I had been searching online and started going through the ones that interested me. I heard staff asking others if they found what they were looking for or had any questions, but neither approached me in the very next isle, just kept walking past. From what I gathered at that point they just must have been unknowledgable about the items I was browsing.After I found a bat I was comfortable with, I was looking for a specific color of lizard skin so I could customize my new bats handle for a more personalized look. Unable to find the color I was looking for, my husband decided to go track down one of the clearly disinterested staff members to try and help. Only to be told they were out of the color I was looking for with minimal effort made to try and locate. While I walked to the check out, I found the color I was looking for off to the side, however at that point, I was just ready to leave. I stood at the empty cash area and looked at the 2 unoccupied staff at the cash out until 1 of them finally offered to cash me out. Upon paying for my bat, the staff mentioned the warranty and refund policy, and a customer standing directly behind me spoke up to say they won't honor that

They definitely know their stuff when it comes to baseball. While super knowledgeable, all the equipment comes at a premium price.

All the stuff you need is on site. It can be very busy, especially pre season. I think this store would work wonders for its customers if the sales staff were on commission. We felt the help was a little lais·sez-faire with making sure we got what we were needing. In fact we went through 3 sales members asking about different things as each time they would basically point you in the direction of the section you needed and then go about other business. The last thing we needed was a belt for some baseball pants and the recommendation was to go for the adult size (which was all they had) for my 7 year old…. We did not opt for that option and instead found a youth belt at another store which itself is still on the large size for him.Service could be much improved with some tweaks but overall happy with what we got.

One of the best baseball equipment stores in the GTA. Will shop here again.

I recently made a purchase from Homerun Sports, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with both the order fulfillment and customer service. I ordered a specific bat online, but when the package arrived, I received a bat in a different color. It's frustrating to receive a product that doesn't match what I had selected.The customer service representative, Mark, explained that the different color options were available for the bat models, and the fulfillment was based on the available stock. However, I was surprised that the decision to send me a different color was made without consulting me first. In the past, when a similar situation occurred, they reached out to me and offered alternative options, which I appreciated. It would have been better if they had followed the same approach this time.Furthermore, the issue was compounded by the fact that the bat appeared to be a returned item. There was a sticker removed from it, which raised concerns about the quality and whether I received a brand new product as expected.As a loyal customer who has purchased all my baseball gear from Homerun Sports in the past, this experience has left me disappointed. I had high expectations for their service and products, but they fell short this time. I hope they can improve their order fulfillment process and ensure that customers receive the correct items they order.I want to highlight that the customer service representative, Mark, was responsive initially, but he failed to address my final questions and concerns, leaving the matter unresolved.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Homerun Sports, and I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their service and prevent similar issues in the future.

Great experience, especially with employee named Isaac. Really knew his stuff and helped me get everything I needed and even made me laugh a couple times! 10/10 would recommend
