I don't write reviews but I must. This is the worst location ever, I have myself alone called their CIBC Ombudsman’s Office 3 times last year alone. This location has very rude and racist tellers, if you are indigenous I suggest you do you banking at a different location. Better yet a different BANK

Its been a while but still hurts my feeling. Visited to open a personal account. I have been asked to provide all my credit cards , PR card, driving license, health card and investments statments I might have.It was rediculous a branch to request such credentials just to open personal account. I asked why? Replied, he could open without these documents and left the branch.I had to go to RBC and open with no time and such credentials.What I realized though, it was the advisor's personal actions that crosses his boundries.CIBC should investigate such employees that hurts its clients.It was an awful experience !!

I don't like giving one star but this branch deserves it. Because they don't know their job, one year ago I was eligible for a credit card that I applied for but they told me I am not. After one year I went to another branch and they told me I should have been accepted one year ago.CIBC is a terrible bank, they hate immigrants and forgotten they were all immigrants too. This bank is giving me a hard time with every banking service I need. I can't wait to close my bank account with CIBC. They treat clients terribly and they are very rude. I have many examples that I can explain here that I don't want to Remind myself of what happened.

I've called three times left three messages and my information over the course of two days I had to go in to get service since the renovations and changes inside the service has gone downhill

The branch is small so sometimes you have to wait for personal service which is fine. Contrary to other comments posted here I've always found their staff to be helpful and professional. They don't deserve a 1 star rating. I've been with the CIBC for two decades.

I have yet to call the branch and have them pick up. At least you can look at the growing beer can collection in the lobby while you fight with intermittently functional ATMs.

Drive through debit machine that people have to get out of their car to use, sucks in my card and doesn't give it back because failure to retrieve card" which makes no sense. Call to get a replacement card - 2 weeks they say!!! I can't do a deposit because of a faulty debit machine and have to wait 2 weeks for a new debit card?!?!"
