Half empty shelves, only small selection of medicines.

Staff is not welcoming. They are not rude but it feels many times they are just not happy to serve customers. No smiles, little to no explanations...The younger staff is the worse (btw i am in my 30s so not too old myself). I do not like to point fingers without examples. So example 1 : this morning I waited 20 min in the store and there was literally only one customer. The staff took their time clearly and did not apologize for the delay. Another example : I noticed even though they are open until 9 pm they close the doors way before. Happened to me a couple of times. Once I was able to talk to a staff member (young guy) at 8h55 pm and he would not let me in. I come to this pharmacy on a monthly basis. I was not surprised to find they have a 2.8 score on google.

Worst pharmacy in the city. Instead of facilitating the process, they make everything more complicated. I needed to transfer my prescription, which is an easy process, especially from another Pharmaprix in MTL; they couldn't complete it after waiting for so long, even when I called the other pharmacy. Nothing can be done when the pharmacist does not have the intention to help.

After 45 minutes of waiting, the pharmacist told me he wouldn't renew my prescription because I got the first filled through Jean coutu. Told me I needed to go to the original pharmacist or get a brand new prescription for him from the doctor. Also refused to contact the doctor for a refill, which is a common service other pharmacists provide.Update: despite coming here for years, upon the request to transfer a prescription to a different pharmaprix, I am magically not on file.

I was a regular client. After 6 years of going to this store and spending most of our everyday things budget, the most disturbing experience happened to me at the payment area when the clerk, just doing his job, crossed his arms and locked his eyes on me. I asked what he was doing and if I could help him but the clerk said I'm watching you because there has been a lot of thieves lately". I understand that but there are ways to explain it to people without treating them like thieves. Of course I left the cart with the items for the clerk to place back on the shelves and I'm taking my business right next door to Brunet

I love the team here. Annie and Eric are amazing Pharmacists. They answer all your questions. They are both extremely knowledgeable and kind. Eric printed out a huge amount of information on migraines for me, unasked, for free. They also took care of the prescriptions for my elderly aunt. Whenever the doctor called in a change, Annie sent the new prescription by delivery that day. The team also always asked how my aunt was doing and how I was, every time I was in. They are always friendly, professional and you never have to wait long. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm sitting here in the Drug Store at this very moment when out of curiosity I decided to look at the reviews. I have been a client for 11 years and in my point of view we must recognize when someone is extremely busy and hard work. I think that's what some folks mist understand. This is an excellent location. Top pro's . Take it from me .

Ordered my prescription on phone, no follow up for one week! Then asked for morning delivery and they arrived at 2 pm! If it’s your usual kind of customer service, you should consider to change your policy or your employees.

Staff taking too much time, and when asking for improving the service, the pharmacist, Shadi, didn’t want to serve me. What a shame!

Waited for more than 1 hr,so long we should wait ,hire more people please , bad service, really disappointed
