Great Value and Excellent Customer Service! My daughters were looking for an entry-level gaming desktop. I found Uniway Coquitlam listed on Facebook Marketplace. I messaged them enquiring about stock availability. Arthur was very friendly and super quick to respond. He was able to answer all my questions. At the time, he didn’t have the stock that I was looking for. However, a few minutes later, he contacted the warehouse and was able to get my desktop delivered to his location the next day. I went into the store, got a fantastic deal and picked up two entry-level desktop PC along with pink accessories. My daughters are very happy. This store is a tech gem in the lower mainland. I had a custom build completed by Sen and they were supportive every step of the way. Their customer service is excellent, and I got exactly the computer that I wanted at an incredible price and with a fantastic turn-around time. Definitely the best computer store in Vancouver！The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I come here almost once a month for company purchases. In all fairness, this store is not our only supplier, but it is by far the best.Fully satisfying our needs and providing the best service, their fulfillment rate has always been at the top of the list. As a senior purchaser who has worked in this industry for years, I appreciate their services and attitude.Anyway, as a buyer, I will not just listen to one supplier and criticize another, I choose this company based on my approval of their products and satisfaction with their services, just like I don't just listen to a certain customer's complaint.If just like that gentleman mentioned, a potential competitor says missing screws and parts, and also like the owner replied he bought from them around six month ago, I tend to trust the store in this matter, because not all businesses can provide warranty like them, and not all customers are so fairness and sanity, no matter how noble they sometimes claim to be.

When I got my computer back, they not only fixed the issue but also cleaned off my computer and even got a sticker mark off that I had struggled with for months. All in all, I am super satisfied and would recommend them to everyone. :)

Found an ad on Facebook. Messaged them to confirm they had it. They said yes. Show up at the store. Sold out a month ago. Wasted an hour getting here. You'd think a computer shop of all places would have an up to date social media presence. I would excuse this if this wasn't the 2nd time happening. Burnaby has the same ad and they're out of stock as well. Called a 3rd store with the same ad and they're out of stock too.This entire company is a disaster.

Really great service, if you buy something from there they give you a year warranty, compared to Amazon prices it’s the best

I have brought my tablets and phones here to get the screens replaced multiple times. Every time it comes out perfect! no complaints, and they do not over charge. and time in a reasonable amount of time.
