I recently experienced issues with my iPhone and made an apt with the Genius Bar. I came in and was greeted so warmly and was helped by a lovely gentleman named Justin. He helped me with the issue and honestly saved me so much headache by getting my phone repaired for me ASAP. When I went to pick up my device an hour and a half later, the gentleman who helped me was equally as nice and helpful and gave me some great tips on phone plans, which I didn’t know apple provided. All in all, I always have a great experience whenever I come here. After having such a horrible day, I was happy that I was treated with respect and kindness and I really appreciate every member of the staff who helped me out. Highly recommend this location to everyone.

I don’t know what happened but the customer service at this location had really gone downhill in the past couple years. If I didn’t know better I think the people who are working here are the clients and the customers are the ones who are working there.Some of the employees just stand around and gossip instead of helping particular customers…. Really off environment. Also I was told by a customer associate ( call centre ) that regardless If I didn’t make a purchasewhich I did ) it wouldn’t matter because they get enough sales from other people. If that’s how you treat customers when YOU the employee is not benefiting from Apple’s profits really shows the level of incompetence and lack of emotional intelligence.However to employees who were very helpful and cared to solve the problems that occurred regarding my purchase, thank you and apply your talents to work for a better company in the future.

Yesterday I went to the Apple store with my daughter to upgrade her phone. The consultant Quincy was exceptional and I could not have asked for a better experience. She was knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions that made our decisions very easy. I would give Quincy a 10 out of 10. Keep up the great work!

Got a battery change here for iPhone, service was good. But what ruined the entire experience was my interaction with Mr. Jamie, a bald white man in his late 40s or early 50s. After about one hour of handing in my phone, I went in again to pick it up. I assumed mr. Jamie might be a good start to get my phone back. But as he see me walking towards him, with absolutely zero willingness to know the matter or help, he points at the other employee and in very arrogant tone of voice says “check in with him sirrrr, you just check in with him, not me” His attitude was clearly “don’t want to deal with you”. I felt disappointed and insulted at that point. I asked for his name. He boldly refused to give me his name saying “you haven’t had any interaction with me”. A person of colour might think it is racist to get treated like that, it might not be but the other side has more potential. Anyhow, It is definitely not an ideal way to deal with apple customers. This wasn’t a charity service, it was paid for by me. Regardless, I still believe, everyone deserves at least some respect as a human and there is always a nice way to say things.

Staff were more interested in flirting with the security guard than serving customers. After finally getting a hold of a genius" she acted like she had better places to be and wasn't interested in a measley $3000 sale. A vending machine would have given better customer service."

Nice big location, Manager is professional and sales leaders as well. Some sales staff need more training and knowledge of items. I got the wrong information from the sales lady and the guy who helped me to return the item doesn’t know that if I use my apple pay to buy an item, a random number shows on the receipt other than my credit card. R. kept saying I used a prepaid card and “doesn’t believe it’s her card” which is so shameful and made me too upset. He doesn’t know that information and blamed it on me to avoid asking his leaders who solved the problem and refunded the items.

Exceptional Customer Service , I had issues with my iPhone and booked appointment , I was late 10 minutes, no issues, they took me and fixed my issue within the time span told. Very happy with the customer service and behaviour of all employees. Went back again for my wife , felt the same behaviour.

I scheduled an appointment to replace/fix a pair of airpods pro my son gave me because were not working. 30min waiting and customer service representatives are just saying that someone will be with me shortly. What’s the reason of the appointment if you need to wait anyway? What kind of support service is that? Something needs to be revise in there, sorry

Nice store as always. Very courteous and helpful staff. And provided really genuine solution and answers to our queries. We went without an appointment so we had to wait for around 10 mins roughly after we were added to the list. Good structure.

I went there to check phone was hot then got In the line and the lady her name was henny was directing to unlock the phone and I just got message at the same time and she start operating my cell phone while I was reading. It is not good people touching other people device without consent. I believe in Apple has procedure for that.
