The positives: the actual movers were awesome. Thank you to Julien and HIS team.The negatives: the owner and secretary misinformed us at every step. Pam was good at first then called my mom a liar, Randy yelled at my parents. Randy did not properly evaluate the amount of items to be moved and up charged. This would not be the company to choose if your looking for a stress free experience!!!!⬇️ I posted this review because of my first hand knowledge. The facts do not change no matter how Randy tries to twist the narrative. The worst part for me was hearing Randy yelling at my parents when they brought their concerns to him. That is an extreme lack of professionalism that no degree of 'frustration' can justify.

This company took so much stress out of a very stressful day! Pam was fantastic from start to finish, great communication and very pleasant to deal with. The crew that came on moving day were fantastic. Very pleasant, efficient and a drop of humour! They took great care of our things while moving quickly, and they packed the van so perfectly I wish them well at the World Tetris Championships!

Even the heaviest items were moved safely and professionally and placed right where we wanted them. The whole crew took great care of our goods and our home. We just used BVMC to move my parents from Calgary to Canmore. From the first contact the team have been friendly and approachable, even calling my parents in the days leading up to the move to reassure everything was ready to go. Little touches like this make the difference!On move day the two-man team were quick and careful. Particular credit to Aaron who lead the move with a friendly manner, explaining everything as they went.I have no hesitation in recommending BVMC for your moving needs.Edit - wanted to add that they honored the pre-arranged fuel surcharge despite fast rising gas prices. Moving is stressful enough, knowing exactly what the price was going to be heading into this was a big positive.Thank you!

We had a local move (within Canmore) and are very glad we hired the Bow Valley Moving Company to help us out! Pam helped us figure out what we would need for the move and Julian and Hunter were great on moving day.
