Trouvaille Nail & Beauty Bar

I have been coming to Trouvaille almost every 2 weeks since July 2022. I rarely used to get my nails done as I am very picky however Monica has been amazing! Not only is she an absolute sweetheart that makes you feel right at home but her technique and precision are impeccable. I have yet to have a set of nails that were less than perfect. I also go to her for waxing and my face (especially eyebrows) have never looked better. Thank you Monica for all your hard work!And shoutout to the whole staff at Trouvaille who are super welcoming, friendly and keep a clean and comfortable environment.

Got my nails done here today!First of all: the place is good, modern and clean. The ladies who work here are nice too. I have thin nails, so all nail techs I have had in past recommend to add extra layer for protection. The receptionist lady Also paid attention to it and gave me extra layer of coats which I appreciate!But, the reason why I have given them 3 stars is that : my appointment was at 6:10 pm the lady at the front told me to come at 6:15 pm and until 6:28 pm I was not started. It just keep on dragging on for few minutes. And then when I asked for a specific red shade they didn’t have that, like literally if you don’t have the shade then remove it from the options as simple as that. And when the mani started, half was done by the front desk lady and the rest was done by someone else. I mean, I know it’s summertime and busy days, I am not disappointed but I had high hopes from the reviews that I read on google and through word of mouth. But anyways, they could still do better and will give them a second chance to improve their customer service if I decide to visit them.EDIT: visited them again today. This time I had better service than the previous one. Would definitely be going back if they keep their services and the customer service.

I have been getting my nails done by Andy for years and he never disappoints! His kindness, professionalism and attention to detail is why I will never go to any other salon but Trouvaille Nail & Beauty Bar. He always ensures I am happy with the final outcome before I leave. To top it off, the salon is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Not to mention the receptionist, Sarah, is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Andy at Trouvaille Nail & Beauty Bar, you won't regret it!

I am a regular there. Mya is my go to tech and they do an amazing job. They can do any type of designs and I mostly get shellac from them. They are slightly pricey but worth the quality of service they provide.

The salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The pros: 1 The polish for both my manicure and pedicure was applied beautifully and carefully. 2 My nail tech was also super nice and friendly. The cons: 1 The polish for my pedicure was not dry even after 1 hour of dry time at the salon w fans- it got smudged as I eventually had to leave. 2 Although my nail polish was applied beautifully for my hands, the nail length and shape was not even on both hands. Some are more almond shaped, some are more round. Some are longer, some are shorter. It was my first time at the salon, and I'm not sure if I would go back or recommend it to anyone. For what I paid, I should walk out with nails that I'm happy with- not with smudged nail polish and uneven nails.

I usually get extension from this place and those are pretty good and I am satisfied with that service. This time however, I got shellac done on my hands but it didn’t last. After few days only it started cracking up. I have never seen shellac cracking up before. Not happy with this experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Trouvaille a week ago and I am still satisfied with my results. The salon is beautiful, inviting, and very tidy.The professionalism displayed by the the woman doing my nails was commendable. They were attentive, courteous, and demonstrated expertise in her craft.I only wanted a simple polish (because I don’t have the steady hands to do it myself), and she let me know that it wouldn’t last very long. I already knew this and let her know it was okay, and I can happily say that no chipping has occurred as of yet!Although I had a wonderful experience overall, I’m rating it with four stars instead of five due to a a small issue during booking; I did so online and was prompted what design/style I wanted. I typed in what I was going for and even included a reference photo for clarification. I’m not sure what happened, but I don’t think the nail tech was given that info because as soon as she sat down, she asked me what I wanted.As someone who is very anxious when speaking, I was caught of guard, but thankfully, she was patient with me.With that said, the overall experience was still highly enjoyable, and if I didn’t live so far, I would definitely go back again.

Very organized and structured place; appointments are perfectly timed and no waiting when you arrive. Workers are very professional, dedicated and worked toward perfection.Knocked off two stars because we are required to pay deposit to keep the appointment but if you're an hour over the required time for deposit your requested time will not be kept for you however, money is auto-deposited and no followup msg was sent regarding non-held appointment. I arrived at the appointment (called several times before appointment time with no answer) without knowing this and was turned away with an appointment for the next day; although annoyed I had to go back. Understand the rationale behind deposit however, timely feedback on appointment confirmation will reduce customer frustrations.
