We bought a string trimmer. We were provided great service. They took the time to demonstrate the operation and maintenance of the trimmer. This would never have happened at a big box store. Went home and used it with confidence after the training.

I bought my father a poly cart for Christmas and they had none of the size I wanted in stock. They ordered it in and honoured the sale price weeks later, and were flexible about when I could come and pick it up. When I got there I had underestimated the size of the cart and it did not fit into my trunk. It was raining and the worker got some rope and helped me secure the cart into the trunk, tying down both the cart and the trunk lid. The staff was considerate and helpful despite my lack of knowledge about tractor equipment. I would recommend this establishment to everyone!

Good service. Good people working there. Lol on overnight trucker parking comment. Why leave a review like that.Anyways bought a few machines there now. I'm happy with the service and parts and sales department.Never had random credit card charges" but there is always more to every story or review. XSometimes when you can't do anything you leave a poor reviewI will continue to use Huron Tractor. They have multiple locations so great when moving around to different areas.Also parts are shipped from one store to another daily

Waaaaay too expensive , took my Stihl leaf blower in there for what was supposed to be a “straight forward fix, with a couple inexpensive parts” I almost choked when I heard the total. The guy told me the shop rate was $150/hr. You could almost tell he was embarrassed for charging me so much. On top of it all the service manager Brock was rude from the first time I called. Barked at me when I couldn’t describe the problem perfectly over the phone. I should have stayed clear from the get-go. Lastly, had to keep calling to inquire about job completion. I was beyond patient, waited over 2 weeks, finally called again...”why yes, it’s here done ready to be picked up” , oh really when were you going to let me know?...I could go on but you get the drift. Horrible experience.

I bought the concrete saw from them in may 2021. I used it for no more than 50 hrs then the engine started knocking. I took it in aug 2021and they said that saw is out of warranty and that is nothing they can do. They also said that I was using wrong fuel and that is why the saw broke. I think that was just excuse not to fix it. I am very disappointed with their approach since I was their customer for many years. I do not recommend them at all.

Just wanted to say that the service at Huron Tractor is excellent! I just bought a new zero turn lawnmower of Ryan Williams and he was great to deal with. Returned my calls and emails promptly, excellent customer service with delivering my new machine, and ensured I knew how to use it properly before he left. He also followed up to ensure everything was what I expected.

We have always had outstanding service from Huron Tractor. Purchased numerous pieces of equipment from them. Parts counter is very knowledgeable and if they don't have it in stock, they can usually get it in a day or two.
