Go Bananas

Used to be a great spot, then new owners and they really jacked up the prices and charge the adults to sit and watch the kids even. Needless to say it is a ghost town now during the week whereas it used to be full with nannies etc as it was a reasonable fee. We would come several times a week. Now maybe twice a year as a treat.

First time going, It was nice looking and i did go through around in the play place but as i walked around inside there was literal little pools of barf around inside which was really gross we stayed for 2 hours and no one cleaned it, went to the washrooms and there sink literally wasn’t working at all i had to grab a water bottle from my bag to rise off the soap i put on my hands, bathroom door was always wide open for the public to see us changing our kids which the door should always be closed with tables literally right next to the bathroom doors, doors should always be closed, no paper towels and hand dryer didn’t even work, it was absolutely gross in there i wouldn’t go there, over priced for the children and only 3$ for adults?! it’s also very very small, even the play place was small, when there’s 3 parties happening there’s literally no space, really crowded, gets super hot and as i was in the (big) ball pit at the bottom left, as i was there i bent down to pick up some balls and i noticed some nasty smelling liquid and looked like some sort of mold was growing under the mats between the poles, but the staff there are really nice! nothing about the staff was wrong, they were very kind but they really hire more staff for everything i seen, i didn’t enjoy it but my kid did but i wouldn’t go there try a different location

I walked in and then walked out. I have a 18 month old daughter. For all ages they wanted 19.99 plus 3.00 for an additional adult. We went to the Langley Go Bananas and it was 10.00 for just my daughter and I was free. I will never ever go to the North Van location again. Talk about price gouging I understand if rent is expensive, but if you want to be smart, make proper rates for ages and don't be greedy because you won't have anybody attending your business. If you're charging way too much, like these guys you will lose customers 100% I will never be back .. I am off to another play place for my kid, and not this one.

I wish I could put a 0 star. I booked a party here and paid a deposit fee for my daughter's bday. Because of the restrictions the party was canceled. The staff advised me that they will refund me my money. But they never did. I called them multiple times but they are nothing but dismissive and unresponsive. All they told me was to wait for few days because it's been refunded. Which i doubted so I went ahead and called my credit card company, sure enough they didn't refund me my money at all so i had to dispute the transaction. This is the worst place ever and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. This is the second birthday party we are booking for our kid (she specifically requested it again this year). For the price you can't really go wrong. Book for first thing when they open and your guests get run of the place. You can bring in your own food and don't have to worry about little kids getting bored at your house. The structure is a bit ghetto in parts but the kids love it.

Maybe I'm spoiled by Funky Monkey or Jungle Jacs. This place is pretty small and crowded. The play area is nothing compared in size. Very small. When there's 3 parties happening at the same time, with adults inside and out of the play area, it leaves very little room to breathe. We were here for a party at 1145am and the bathrooms (only 2 stalls for the ladies) was absolutely dirty and with no paper towels to use. Which is fine as there was a hand dryer that blows as hard my child blowing out candles. It served it's purpose but I think the go bananas in Coquitlam is a little bit more clean and spacious.

A great indoor place for the kids to have fun. The close covered parking is a huge plus! The staff are wonderful. The drop and shop option is very helpful for any busy parent who needs a couple of hours to run errands.

Probably the least favourite indoor playground you want to go. Expensive price? It's fine. I know they have to make money too. But they went with 1 year and 3 year old and I refused to pay for 1 year because he will just sit and watch his brother play. And when 1 year old started to walk around the sitting area, the management came and asked me to pay for him as well. And also, it is extremely hot as she expects to purchase more drinks.I wouldn't recommend this play at all.
